“Went to this Taco Bell hoping the food gets made right and not too crowded. The food was made better than any Taco Bell I have ever been to. Everything we got was full. Location was not too crowded. Got a bar if that’s what you need or just the food counter if that’s all you are looking for.“

“Good spot to grab some quick food, they're decent on time. The only thing I would say is to make sure your order is correct before leaving because they get pretty busy in there and sometimes your order can be missing something. Other than that, the food is good and the workers there are really nice.“

“Took a while to get through the drive thru during the lunch rush, but I received a culinary masterpiece of a quesadilla. It was the best thing that has entered my mouth in my entire existence. They blew my mind with this quesadilla. I wasn't even altered in anyway (usually a requirement for Taco Bell). Please give every worker who participated in the assembly/distribution of this quesadilla a raise and a 2 week paid vacation. Thanks.“

“Ngl this the best taco bell to order from late at night, the night manger is amazing and deserves a raise. Shes sweet and welcoming and always takes care of me. The late night crew under her absolutely kill it at what they do. Ive never not got exactly what I order(the same thing everytime aha) but frfr 10/10 will forever be my favoite taco bell to hit up late night for my favoite after work meal.

“I visited the drive-thru around 2:30 AM, and the employee working the window had fantastic customer service. Despite it being so late, he was incredibly welcoming, efficient, and handed off the order with a great attitude. Great late-night crew!“

“The person who works there late at night is awesome. They asked customers to part so that i could walk up to the register which was very nice. When i went through the drive through they were very nice to my dogs as well along with having a genuine vine. They deserve better than taco bell to be honest“

Pain in the butt to get into this location especially if you are going up the other side of Rancho. Getting back onto Rancho was even worse.“

“I didn't get my food. On the 3rd of January 2025 at 7pm I went to make a purchase but the cashier who didn't speak English cancelled my order but my money never came back on my card... I called cash app and taco bell customer service and I'm still waiting for instructions. I went to the other taco bell and reordered my food. But still haven't had my money. The Taco Bell on Frias has become one of our go to spots, especially when we have our grandson with us. He absolutely loves this location, and honestly the experience is always easy and enjoyable. We ordered through the app this time, and the whole process was simple and fast. Everything was ready right when we pulled up, and the order was accurate down to the last detail.

The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly how we like it. You can tell this team takes pride in getting things right, even during busy times. The staff is friendly and efficient, and they always make the pickup process smooth. It is the kind of place where you feel comfortable returning because the service is consistent and the food is reliable.

But in my 2 visits, the grave shift employees (especially George) have been OVER THE TOP helpfully and extra with customer service making sure not only is the order correct but in handling customers with a customer oriented service one could only hope to find at a prestigious dine in restaurant service. I originally set our order to be set here but the app logged me out and then needed an update which then selected a different location Good thing it wasn't too far. “i’ve never written a review before but i genuinely had to say something about this because whoever was in that kitchen tonight went absolutely insane. the service was nice and everyone was chill but the real reason was the back of house. i got a taco, nacho fries and a grilled cheese burrito and i’m not even exaggerating when i say i devoured that thing down in under three minutes. like i sat down and the next thing i knew my brain couldn’t catch up and i was just gulping it down.
that grilled cheese burrito was actually unreal. even though it was take out it was perfectly warm once i got home and the second i picked it up i already knew that it was about to be good. but i didn’t know it was going to be THAT good. the outside had that crispy, golden, cheesy layer that was slightly crunchy but still soft underneath and the inside was just overflowing with flavor. it was so saucy and every bite was so messy and completely packed but in a good way. everything inside just melted together into one perfect bite. nothing was dry, nothing was missing, it was just pure flavor throughout every. single. bite.
and the taste?? as i took that bite, my eyes watered with just pure bliss and my mouth watered WHILE eating it because it was just THAT good. it genuinely had me at the edge of my chair with my toes curling, both arms on the table, both hands gripping the burrito. it genuinely felt heavenly like that grilled cheese burrito took me to another universe. that burrito was way beyond just fast food. it was way different from my typical orders at taco bell.
the taco and fries were pretty good too but man that burrito was just absolutely insane. i don’t know who was back there cooking but they need a raise because that was easily one of the best things i’ve eaten in a hot minute. that burrito turned my ordinary dinner into a whole experience and i want to thank you. whoever was cooking it up in the back on wednesday april 29, 2026 at around 10:30 pm, you deserve a raise. if the owner or manager sees this, give the employees a raise because you’re gonna need them if you want to keep selling toe curling burritos.“

“I placed my order through drive thru and was assisted by Anthony (per receipt) even tho the car in front of me took a long time once it was my turn Anthony was amazing and very professional. I pulled up to the window and he confirmed my order to make sure he got everything. The order did take about 20min which was frustrating and I had to park in front of the store. Anthony came out and apologized for the wait & for forgetting my 2 freezes. He did seem overwhelmed but was very professional and has amazing customer service skills.
