“Carson Kitchen is a gem in downtown Las Vegas that combines urban charm with elevated comfort food. It's ideal for foodies or those looking for a casual yet innovative meal in Las Vegas. The menu is all about creative spins on classic dishes. Crowd favorites include the Devil’s Eggs served with caviar, the Short Rib Steak served with pepperoncini pesto, and the Hotdog Burnt Ends which may sound strange, but is definitely worth a try. Also, I highly recommend the Black rice and Oxtail Risotto - it's my personal favorite.“

“An absolutely stellar Thanksgiving dinner for my family last week. Krista is a top notch lead server and was a pleasure to work with as we crafted our tour through the menu. I do think they have a few servers that aren't quite ready for this level of dining, but the place is pretty new, that will get figured out. Each of the many dishes we tried was exciting and new.
I don't think the desserts lived up to the rest of the meal, but they were still very solid and the bar had been set so high.
We try to bounce around for our splurge dinner when we get to Vegas, but I will struggle to convince my family to go anywhere but straight back to here.“

“It was an authentic yakitori restaurant with a beautiful interior and a great atmosphere.
It is unavoidable that rare parts inevitably sell out.
The grill table was also visible from the counter and was wonderfully well made.
Also, the toilet is clean and has a washlet. Why are there so many Japanese restaurants in Las Vegas? Apparently TOTO used to be there.
Somehow, the sales staff added it to me.“

“We decided to try an appetizer "tasting" for dinner. We had five dishes. Each was better than the last. Flavors were amazing. Textures were spot on. I thoroughly enjoyed eating every dish.“

“Finally had food...and the taco Tuesday tacos were bomb!! Also had thr jalapeño cheese balls off the happy hour menu!! Totally on point!! Teresa and Amanda were great tenders!! And the bar was full!! If I was going to play I would! But I couldn't because the machines were all full!!! Get over there!!! Teresa is there from Monday through Thursday!! “My husband and I are locals and come to the Palms often. Last night was our first time here, and we were impressed! We were sat right away and the service was very attentive. Our food came out quickly and was very delicious!! The portions were great for the price and we had lots to take home as leftovers. We had a great experience and will definitely be back!“

“Delicious! The rice comes in a pressure cooker, to ensure you have fresh rice every time ☺️ I got the pork tenderloin katsu and the meat was juicy, the panko was light and airy. Miso soup was also quite different from other places. Totally recommend! Love the vibe and tasteful atmosphere, and they have a dinner menu after 5pm with an extensive menu of yakitori and sushi. Would love to come back and try! Oh and the tuna tartare was delicious as well ??“

“I lived in Spain for a couple years and since then I have missed the ambiance, the culture, and the food of Spain. While visiting Las Vegas, we found Firefly Tapas and it was wonderful! It was such an authentic experience with great food and friendly staff. It took me right back to the cafes of Madrid! I highly recommend Firefly!“

“Had the most amazing starter at Sugarcane Raw Bar and Grill in Las Vegas! 🎲🍤 Talk about a flavor explosion! 💥 The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the taste was out of this world! 🌍 The combination of the sweet mango, crunchy celery and cucumber, tangy passion fruit ají, and the unique flavor of the cassava chip was just perfect. 🌟 It's a fantastic dish to share with friends or family, making it a great start to any meal. 🍽️ Trust me, you won't regret trying this one out! 😋 I'm giving it a solid 10/10! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟“

“Fantastic place for tapas and platos. Our waitress clearly explained the menu and everyone was very attentive. We had a party of six and had just about everything on the menu.
The general consensus in the party was the octopus and duck were the top protein and the patatas bravas was the number one tapa. Honestly everything was delicious, and the sangria was fresh and tasty.“

“One of my favorite spots to grab ramen in Las Vegas. The service is always quick without sacrificing quality, and the food is consistently delicious. Prices are fair, and I’ve never had a bad experience with the meals or staff. The only small downside is that when I bought a gift card for a friend, they weren’t able to tell me the remaining balance on it—which seemed a bit odd. Still, it’s a minor issue and definitely not enough to keep me from coming back regularly.“

“This is the second time going to Echo & Rig and had an amazing time. My wife and I flew in from Idaho for a few days away from the cold. My sister and brother-in-law drove up from California to meet us and from the glowing review I told her about from the 1st time I came here my sister wanted to go. We were 1/2 hour early and they were able to seat us within 5 minutes. Lucas was our server and he did an incredible job. My sister can be a little demanding and difficult and he took it in stride, he never got frustrated or impaired his service to us because of her. Thank you to the entire staff at Echo & Rig, we will definitely be back!“

“I choose this restaurant as it had vegan options. I ordered the Hearts of Palm Crab Cake. It was out-of-this-world delicious. It had the same taste and texture as a crab cake. I highly recommend this restaurant.“

Pasta didn't seem homemade, lobster dish was missing the lobster and service felt like we had to keep asking for help.. all the waiters were sitting around talking to each other.
