“An absolutely stellar Thanksgiving dinner for my family last week. Krista is a top notch lead server and was a pleasure to work with as we crafted our tour through the menu. I do think they have a few servers that aren't quite ready for this level of dining, but the place is pretty new, that will get figured out. Each of the many dishes we tried was exciting and new.
I don't think the desserts lived up to the rest of the meal, but they were still very solid and the bar had been set so high.
We try to bounce around for our splurge dinner when we get to Vegas, but I will struggle to convince my family to go anywhere but straight back to here.“

“It was an authentic yakitori restaurant with a beautiful interior and a great atmosphere.
It is unavoidable that rare parts inevitably sell out.
The grill table was also visible from the counter and was wonderfully well made.
Also, the toilet is clean and has a washlet. Why are there so many Japanese restaurants in Las Vegas? Apparently TOTO used to be there.
Somehow, the sales staff added it to me.“

“It was such a fantastic experience (as always). We always go to brunch at Lago and request Monique as a server. She is super friendly and always recommends the best dishes. This time, we ordered the oysters, the carpaccio, and the margherita pizzeta. It was divine! We love the view at Lago, it's by dar the best view in whole Las Vegas.“

“Delicious! The rice comes in a pressure cooker, to ensure you have fresh rice every time ☺️ I got the pork tenderloin katsu and the meat was juicy, the panko was light and airy. Miso soup was also quite different from other places. Totally recommend! Love the vibe and tasteful atmosphere, and they have a dinner menu after 5pm with an extensive menu of yakitori and sushi. Would love to come back and try! Oh and the tuna tartare was delicious as well ??“

“Food is amazing the pad Thai is one of the best I ever tried, if you go non rush hours you get a seat in less than 5 minutes if you go on rush hour it could take long since the place is small so try to avoid going on rush hour is common sense.“

“Had the most amazing starter at Sugarcane Raw Bar and Grill in Las Vegas! 🎲🍤 Talk about a flavor explosion! 💥 The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the taste was out of this world! 🌍 The combination of the sweet mango, crunchy celery and cucumber, tangy passion fruit ají, and the unique flavor of the cassava chip was just perfect. 🌟 It's a fantastic dish to share with friends or family, making it a great start to any meal. 🍽️ Trust me, you won't regret trying this one out! 😋 I'm giving it a solid 10/10! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟“

“Fantastic place for tapas and platos. Our waitress clearly explained the menu and everyone was very attentive. We had a party of six and had just about everything on the menu.

The general consensus in the party was the octopus and duck were the top protein and the patatas bravas was the number one tapa. Honestly everything was delicious, and the sangria was fresh and tasty.“

“I went here for the first time today and had the Vegan ramen with tofu. I added broccolini and it was delicious 😋. The broth was very flavorful. The noodles, green onions, garlic, and tofu were heavenly. The broth was by far the best vegan broth I have had. The portions are a good size, and you will leave full and satiated.“

Didn't love the flavors of the yuzu shio broth. But their new one the red garnet broth was tasty.

“We were staying at a nearby hotel and wanted something within walking distance of our lodging. Billy was our server and he was great—offering helpful explanations and recommendations based on what we like and what they had on special and explaining terms and ingredients that were weren’t familiar with. He was attentive without being pushy or without interrupting the flow of our conversation and meal. The food quality and presentation was fantastic and everything came out quickly. It was helpful that we were in during off-peak dinner hours on a Tuesday night.“

“This is the second time going to Echo & Rig and had an amazing time. My wife and I flew in from Idaho for a few days away from the cold. My sister and brother-in-law drove up from California to meet us and from the glowing review I told her about from the 1st time I came here my sister wanted to go. We were 1/2 hour early and they were able to seat us within 5 minutes. Lucas was our server and he did an incredible job. My sister can be a little demanding and difficult and he took it in stride, he never got frustrated or impaired his service to us because of her. Thank you to the entire staff at Echo & Rig, we will definitely be back!“

“So great to return to one of our favourite Italian eateries in Las Vegas. Our server, Freddie, was exemplary. So friendly and helpful, his attention to our every need made our dining experience at Casanova one of those dinners you talk about for years to come. Cocktails were generous, and there was an excellent wine list, as well. Our food selections from the shrimp cocktail and beef carpaccio to the spaghetti carbonara and lamb chops were all perfectly prepared and of the highest quality. Alas, we had to forgo dessert, but others around us were clearly enjoying their carrot cake. Although this restaurant is located adjacent to a food court, ask for a table away from the maelstrom, and you won't be disappointed. Our sincere appreciation for a delightful dinner, and we look forward to returning next year.“
