In a scramble, we reached out to Anima for a short-notice wedding reception venue for our party of 28 guests. They didn't just accommodate us; they went above and beyond to create a seamless, warm, and unforgettable evening. The experience felt truly high-end, yet we were pleasantly surprised by how incredibly affordable they made it for us—offering superb value for such quality. The Tapas Menu they put together for us was nothing short of divine. Each dish was a masterpiece—flavourful, creative, and beautifully presented. Our guests raved about the food, noting it was easily some of the best they’ve ever had. Anima delivered a true culinary experience that elevated our special night. The service was perfection. “Carson Kitchen is a gem in downtown Las Vegas that combines urban charm with elevated comfort food. It's ideal for foodies or those looking for a casual yet innovative meal in Las Vegas. The menu is all about creative spins on classic dishes. Crowd favorites include the Devil’s Eggs served with caviar, the Short Rib Steak served with pepperoncini pesto, and the Hotdog Burnt Ends which may sound strange, but is definitely worth a try. Also, I highly recommend the Black rice and Oxtail Risotto - it's my personal favorite.“

“Had the Premio Tasting menu which was excellent Chose wine off the menu also excellent We did not do the all inclusive breverages as we do not drink that much Please note that there is a time limit for eating which we were not aware of from the time of your reservation because this is "all you can eat" .... you can ask for more of your favorite dishes but with a limit and that is why there is a time limit for each table My husband is lactose intolerant and the chef was accomodating for some dishes but there were a few he could not have as they are prepared with dairy Still a great dining exeprience and would highly recommned“

“I ordered JINYA Ramen through DoorDash and overall it was really good. The broth was flavorful and you can tell the ingredients are high quality, but I do feel like ramen just isn’t at its absolute best when it’s delivered. By the time it arrived, it wasn’t quite as hot or fresh as it probably would be in person. Still, the flavors held up well and it definitely satisfied the craving. I’d 100% try it again — just probably dining in next time for the full experience.“

“Everything was great. I sat at the bar and my server Tai (sp?) from Cuba recommended four dishes and all were terrific. The liquid olives were terrific and so was the anchovy sand smoke butter sandwich. I was hesitant to try them but they were great. The Kush Pai Ti appetizer is also really good“

“First time dining here and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. We ordered the 1 dozen oysters, the Nori Lover, premium sashimi, Nori Signature Roll, and the crispy tuna rice (not pictured), and everything was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. The quality of the fish really stood out, and each dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. Service was excellent and made the experience even better. We will definitely be dining here again and highly recommend it to anyone who loves great sushi and seafood!“

“Our friend encouraged us to the try Guiness Burger at Distill A local bar. This area looks hidden from the street. It aligned to some resident house.

Customer service is amazing. The Inside bar is beautiful. I believe the kids can eat inside. They have dining area. ( Please call to verify )

“This is the second time going to Echo & Rig and had an amazing time. My wife and I flew in from Idaho for a few days away from the cold. My sister and brother-in-law drove up from California to meet us and from the glowing review I told her about from the 1st time I came here my sister wanted to go. We were 1/2 hour early and they were able to seat us within 5 minutes. Lucas was our server and he did an incredible job. My sister can be a little demanding and difficult and he took it in stride, he never got frustrated or impaired his service to us because of her. Thank you to the entire staff at Echo & Rig, we will definitely be back!“

“So picky eater of the family ( 5 year old who could eat grilled cheese everyday) picked this place because they wanted noodles. Luckily we could get the Ramen bowl with just broth and ramen. We also had Chicke Pad Thai and Chicken Fried Rice. Food is cooked fresh and delicious. Fried Rice isn't like some places...not cooked hard and little seasoning. My one and only complaint is the to go boxes basically can't hold the food and fall apart. I suggest asking for a plastic container for to go. Other than that, come in with an empty stomach and some dollarz.“

“Visited Lago for lunch and it was a fantastic experience. It was nice and quiet during the day and we were able to sit outside with a perfect view of the Bellagio fountains. The weather was great, which made the outdoor seating even better.

Service was 10/10 from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly and the team were attentive throughout the whole meal.

The food was outstanding. The bread was soft and tasted freshly made, and the beef carpaccio was honestly the best I’ve ever had in my life. I’d return to Vegas just for that dish alone. The pasta was cooked perfectly and clearly made in-house; you could really taste the freshness and that homemade feel.

Overall this is one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve visited, and easily the best beef carpaccio I’ve ever had.“
