“Had the most amazing starter at Sugarcane Raw Bar and Grill in Las Vegas! 🎲🍤 Talk about a flavor explosion! 💥 The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the taste was out of this world! 🌍 The combination of the sweet mango, crunchy celery and cucumber, tangy passion fruit ají, and the unique flavor of the cassava chip was just perfect. 🌟 It's a fantastic dish to share with friends or family, making it a great start to any meal. 🍽️ Trust me, you won't regret trying this one out! 😋 I'm giving it a solid 10/10! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟“

“Carson Kitchen is a gem in downtown Las Vegas that combines urban charm with elevated comfort food. It's ideal for foodies or those looking for a casual yet innovative meal in Las Vegas. The menu is all about creative spins on classic dishes. Crowd favorites include the Devil’s Eggs served with caviar, the Short Rib Steak served with pepperoncini pesto, and the Hotdog Burnt Ends which may sound strange, but is definitely worth a try. Also, I highly recommend the Black rice and Oxtail Risotto - it's my personal favorite.“

“If you're like me and want to try a variety of delicious foods, this is the place for you. Every bite was absolutely phenomenal and you really can't beat the price. I seriously wish I had a second stomach to try everything. I will 100% come back, with friends next time :-)“

“Everything was great. I sat at the bar and my server Tai (sp?) from Cuba recommended four dishes and all were terrific. The liquid olives were terrific and so was the anchovy sand smoke butter sandwich. I was hesitant to try them but they were great. The Kush Pai Ti appetizer is also really good“

“Raku is one of my favorite yakitori spots in Vegas. The homemade tofu is outstanding—don’t miss it with the green tea salt. The chicken tail skewer is perfectly grilled, juicy, and flavorful. A must-visit for authentic Japanese grilling.“

“Came here hungry left full and satisfied. The ramen is absolutely delicious and one of the best in Las Vegas. The broth isn't oily but very flavorful and leaves a pleasant taste in your mouth. “This is the second time going to Echo & Rig and had an amazing time. My wife and I flew in from Idaho for a few days away from the cold. My sister and brother-in-law drove up from California to meet us and from the glowing review I told her about from the 1st time I came here my sister wanted to go. We were 1/2 hour early and they were able to seat us within 5 minutes. Lucas was our server and he did an incredible job. My sister can be a little demanding and difficult and he took it in stride, he never got frustrated or impaired his service to us because of her. Thank you to the entire staff at Echo & Rig, we will definitely be back!“

“So picky eater of the family ( 5 year old who could eat grilled cheese everyday) picked this place because they wanted noodles. Luckily we could get the Ramen bowl with just broth and ramen. We also had Chicke Pad Thai and Chicken Fried Rice. Food is cooked fresh and delicious. Fried Rice isn't like some places...not cooked hard and little seasoning. My one and only complaint is the to go boxes basically can't hold the food and fall apart. I suggest asking for a plastic container for to go. Other than that, come in with an empty stomach and some dollarz.“

In a scramble, we reached out to Anima for a short-notice wedding reception venue for our party of 28 guests. They didn't just accommodate us; they went above and beyond to create a seamless, warm, and unforgettable evening. The experience felt truly high-end, yet we were pleasantly surprised by how incredibly affordable they made it for us—offering superb value for such quality. The Tapas Menu they put together for us was nothing short of divine. Each dish was a masterpiece—flavourful, creative, and beautifully presented.
