Kind of a sad empty place. We went at 6pm before a Ka show and my wife and I made up 2 of 4 patrons drinking here, even though there was room for hundreds of people. Had to ask if there was a happy hour and they mentioned 2 for 1 (of the same drink) til 7pm. Wasn't sure when it started since nothing advertised the deal. Still giving it a few stars since the draft beers were good and cheap before heading out elsewhere.
Fun and wide open venue, good beers, Heineken on tap. Located near the entrance to the West Wing (now the recently remodeled and renamed Studio Tower), across from one of the Bonanno's NY Pizzeria shops (pro tip, go to Pieology at the District instead). Two bars, great place to grab a quick drink.

Level up is a hit or miss some nights there's an incredible band and some nights there isn't much going on Monday night is 80s nights which is always fun and random bands. Order drinks direct from the bar, the drinks the servers bring around are weak and it's Just a short walk over unless you're only drinking beer then go for it.
