I tried Uncle B's while on a lunch break from jury duty across the street. A few of us went. We had walked by earlier and it smelled incredible as bbq often does. Uncle B's offers lunch specials including a slider lunch. It consists of a brisket slider and a pulled pork slider as well as a side. I ordered potato salad for that last part. Went here craving some Texas BBQ. Very clean inside and staff is friendly. The pork ribs were good and the habanero sauce is great for people who like spicy and know spice! The sausage hot and regular were amazing! Not dried out and flavor I have never tasted before. The cornbread was fresh too. Will be back to try the pulled pork and chicken! I ate here when I had jury duty. I ordered the rib plate with greens and mac & cheese. The plate came with cornbread also. It was a lot of good food! The meat was tender and tasty, the mac & cheese was rich and creamy, and the greens were tender with flavor from the smoked meat. I ate half of the plate and brought the rest back to jury duty. I think the bailiff wanted my leftovers I would come back without having jury duty. Thank you!
