“Did an online order for a roast beef sandwich foot long. added 50% more meat for $1.50. It was ready at the time promised. The extra meat didn't seem like much, but I guess the regular portion must be little. It was OK tasting sandwich but not like a gourmet deli sandwich, but for a fast food chain, decent.“

“I am always on the go for work and selective on where I chose but I love stopping here for my lunch break. Even during lunch rush this location is on it. Store and food line are always clean. Staff greets every customer when the walk in. Produce is always fresh. This place is always on it!“

“The service at this location is always top notch. Annie, Josh and Tammy always have our order ready when we call it in and usually never have to wait. The value of having a quick turnaround when you are feeding 4 kids is the best and the crew at this location is always top notch. Plus I have very picky kids that if their sandwiches arent made correctly, their won't eat it and this is the only location that I have found that takes the time to make sure my kids needs are met. I have never had attitude or problems with anyone there even when I am being a pain in the butt.“

“I love the food here! Always fresh and delicious...my family has been here to this location 3 times now, first two were a great experience, third time made us not want to come back. I know since it reopened the dining room it's been pretty busy, and they do play the music a bit loudly, but that wasn't the problem...the issue we had was the cashier...although she was trying to be helpful, the loudness of the customers & music playing....along with the PPE the employees are having to wear and the thick plexiglass barrier...all of that made it difficult to understand what she was saying so we had to raise our voices and repeat ourselves multiple times in order for her to hear us....and she yelled at us to stop being mean to her and stop shouting at her...we told her it was hard to hear/understand her and she continued to shout at us telling us..."Am I doing something wrong, why do you have a problem with me, You are acting like you're angry at me, I'm just trying to do my job and it's not my fault you can't understand me because they force us to wear these masks, she stated I'm just trying to do my job and I just need you to be nice..." WOW, really...you shout loud enough at us to where when we sit down the other customers in the restaurant could be heard talking about her yelling at us.... We sat there eating, trying to figure out what the heck we did wrong and why she overreacted like she did towards us... I wanted to complain to the manager about her shouting like that at my 78 year old father-in-law, husband and myself, but I was totally embarrassed and just didn't want to have any more contact that might involve her shouting at me again because I complained to a manager...Hopefully she ended up having a better day than than we did ....“

“I placed an order online while I was @ work and in a rush to get some food. I didn’t notice the website had placed the order @ a different location until I arrived. Frederick was friendly in his explanation of what happened, made me a replacement meal right away and was super apologetic for the ordeal even though it wasn’t his fault at all. Jersey Mikes is lucky to have Frederick as an employee.“

“This is a favorite sandwich shop of my husband and son. At our house Sunday is Sub Sunday and I look forward to them heading out to get their own dinner that night. My husband loves their pastrami and my son likes the tuna. At any rate, they look forward to going to Capriotti’s to get their favorites and it’s no cooking for me!“

Not to mention, it is a tasty quality hot dog and made on-site. Plus there are other snacking items on the menu such as churros, salads, chicken bake, and Whole Pizzas. Pizzas are $9.95 for a huge whole pizza. That is a smoking deal. A huge slice of Pizza is $1.50.The food is always good.
