“My husband and I have eaten at the 1880 Grille in the Conestoga Golf Course Clubhouse twice. My husband had the ribs on both visits, and he liked them very much. I had the grilled salmon salad both times, but had the full salad the first time and the half salad the second time. The full salad has a few more greens and one additional salmon fillet. The half salad was just right. Both the ribs and the salad were very flavorful. My husband asked for extra sauce the second time, and the waitress brought a small pitcher of sauce. The inside of the restaurant was rather noisy with lots of people visiting. We asked to be moved out to the patio on the first visit, but there was a large party of visiting golfers just coming in from their game, and they were even noisier than inside! It was a very pleasant temperature on the patio, and much quieter when the golfers went to their shuttle bus.\nWe are new owners of Sun City Mesquite, and are looking forward to eating at the 1880 Grille lots more.“

Stopped in for lunch at The Terrace at Wolf Creek and was pleasantly surprised by how great everything was! The setting overlooks the beautiful golf course — peaceful, open, and the perfect spot to relax midday.

I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and a buffalo chicken salad, both fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The portions were generous without feeling heavy. My handcrafted margarita was the perfect touch — balanced, crisp, and clearly made with care.

Service was friendly and attentive, and the overall experience felt far above what you’d expect for a golf course restaurant. Highly recommend stopping here, even if you’re not golfing — it’s a hidden gem in Mesquite!“

“We stopped here while passing through town. We waited 15 minutes for a seat, which wasn’t bad. They had a lot of choices, Chinese, Mexican and American food. We ordered The Carne Asada tacos as and app and they were great! We then got the porterhouse special that is $19.99 and it was very good!!! Lastly the grilled chicken sandwhich and it was good as well! Our server became busy and supervisor stepped up to serve us. Great dinner!!!“

“I’m usually not one to really complain, or to write a bad review but it. It took a good five minutes of waiting for somebody to come and cut the turkey for me while I stood there with my daughter waiting, and the staff was just visiting with each other instead of helping me they were just chitchatting I was trying to be polite and let them talk a second but after a few minutes, it was like OK hello we’re still standing here so I had to put my plate down walk all the way over to where they were talking, which wasn’t very far but just down the line and say can I get somebody to please cut this and she says yes I can be there in a minute to finish talking and then walk down the line and finally came . Also, the server took about 10 minutes to come and greet me and my daughter and to get us beverages she however, got her friends that came in after us beverages right away, cleaned up plates and got refills Before she even acknowledged us. She chitchat with her friend as well before she even came to ask us if we wanted something to drink with our meal, however decent variety of food. Just wish the stuff would’ve been more attentive.“
