Fat Dough Bakery is a great little spot in Mesquite, known for being fresh, authentic, and affordable. The bread is phenomenal and unreal, with fantastic sourdough, bagels, and baked desserts. It is a wonderful place to stop for breakfast or to grab sandwiches for lunch, like the B.E.C. or the Fat Boy. The raspberry and blueberry Danish, hand pies, brownies, and other pastries are all delicious and made with care. The shop itself is cute and simple with a couple of small tables, offering more of a grab-and-go experience with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The staff is super friendly, great, helpful, sweet, and pleasant, providing fast service. It is definitely worth checking out.
