This was in Mesquite NV. Not only myself but at least 4 others waited 5 minutes to get there order taken. And the wait was at least double that to get you food. Some people didn't get there biscuits because they ran out. But was paid for and never offered substitute. Or credit. Bad management..
I work just down the street from KFC so I eat there at least once a month. Every employee I've ever interacted with has been very friendly. I am usually there before the lunch rush so my food is fast and accurate. The store is always clean. Needless to say I'll be eating there in the future.
