I mean the cookies are great but 25 mins in the drive thru for an online order (one cookie) is pretty ridiculous you know. its like this all the time

They got my ordered wrong. 😑 it was a birthday cookie and I was so excited to hand it out to my friend. It was the wrong cookie. 🤦🏼♂️ I didnt have time to go back. They need to listen better. And what’s funny she did it on the screen with the wrong one and I said nope not that one. And she switched it to the right now and still got it wrong ….😒
Love the cookies. I honestly find them so big you can save some for a later time..

Ordered 4 pack at 10:30 pm and when I get there they tell me they ran out of chocolate chips cookies .. they gave me 4 cookies I thought I was getting different ones then what I was given. These were for my wife’s birthday and she was not satisfied with her cookies. Please help me .. I wife just want her cookies. They should of called us and tell us they were out of the cookies..
