Staff was friendly, service was fast Cookies (except for the brownie batter cookie) tasted good and were fresh. Brownie batter cookies tasted a little stale, but they didn't taste bad, just not as good as the other ones, especially the lemon one.

This isn’t about crumble or the young lady working in the drive-through. This is about the so-called manager on duty around 8:30 PM on 19 May. The young lady was physically flustered she had two customers inside. They appeared to be giving her a hard time I absolutely understood that I patiently waited in the drive-through upwards to about 15 maybe even 20 minutes When I finally got my cookies. I noticed that the lava cake didn’t have any powdered sugar and instead of the Carmelita I got a little kick. I went inside and I said hey, you gave me the wrong cookie. Is there anyway for the inconvenience? Cookie And keep the two that you gave me the young lady not the lady working the drive-through. I really wanna stress that but the young lady she said her name was Monica. She could have been lying was horribly rude. Very nasty. I’ve got so bad that she ended up demanding the limit cookie back I know food service. This cookie has already been in my car. It’s already been in my possession. You cannot resell it at this point I was angry. I’m not gonna lie so I threw the lemon cookie away. she didn’t proceeded to threaten me with security. She told me to get out of her store and I was like no not without the cookie that I paid for or a refund. This took an additional 5 to 7 minutes of arguing back-and-forth. Finally, she goes into the drawer after demanding how much I paid for the cookie and gives me my refund all of this when she could have given me my original cookie in the first place that young lady was rude, and she Absolutely needs some training On providing customer service
Top-tier customer service around. Tell me what fast food business/establishment you know verifies with there customers that the product looks good and if the order is correct before pulling away from their drive-thru???? I’LL WAIT!! 😁🩷💜🩵❤️🧡💛💚
