My husband came here first with tamales they were so delicious and he bragged about that it was family owned, the son ran the front and in the back were the parents and the rest of the children. I had to see for myself and once I saw it for myself I was hooked. The atmosphere is amazing and the customer service is fantastic. I always buy the tamales and try something new. The food is great. I’m definitely bragging about this place and recommending it to all my friends. This place doesn’t disappoint. Great restaurant . I love the fact it’s a family ran business.

I'm born and raised in Las Vegas and baby I haven't had a tamale 🫔 that tastes so good 😊 and that Mac n cheese 🧀 I gotta go check out something else

This shop is a hidden gem for sure! All of the food was fresh and made to order. It’s a family owned business and you see the family in there taking care of things which I thought was beautiful. The tamales are full of flavor and not one bit of them are dry. The fish is flaky, the croquettes are filling, and the poboy didn’t stand a chance. They take a bit to make the order because it’s freshly made and they can run out of things quite fast so the best time to catch them is a few hours after opening so all the menu items are available, but for sure before 3:30-4 so they’re not sold out. I went one day for lunch and brought my partner back the very next day to try it out.

This place is amazing! I LOVED the Mac and cheese and yams. I had the fried shrimp and the 3 tamales meal. I liked the shrimp, but got used to the taste pretty fast. It was very crispy though! The tamales blew me away also and this place just became one of my spots I'll go to!

Heard about this place the day before. We make Mexican Tamales every year. Had no idea about southern tamales. Outstanding! Full of flavor we will he back to try more menu items.
