I am always pleased with the level of service with Dutch Bros. The employees always make you feel like you're their only customer! Today they were out of the mochi berry topping for my son's shake and they offered a solution of popping boba, which was completely acceptable! I was just a little bummed we didn't get our crazy straws! :)
This is my go to Dutch Bros. Yes I’m a coffee addict and no I can’t live without it so they know me very well there and I love the atmosphere. They always make you feel like family or at least in my case grandkids lol so I suggest this to everybody, but please don’t bombard us at once. I still wanna be able to get my Coffee fix without waiting 30 minutes
