“We came here the other day to try the crepes and it was SO GOOD! We got one banana Nutella crepe and one strawberry Nutella crepe. The presentation was so cute, and they come in these really cool carrying bags! They were so pretty I almost didn’t wanna eat it! I also got a boba tea and it was delicious! The service was amazing and it’s evident that everything was made with love and care. Can’t wait to come back!“

“I just had the best protein bowl ever today! After hearing the employees top picks, I chose the power bowl and added sweet potato. Omg every bite I caught myself closing my eyes saying mmmmm. Then I started texting everyone telling them it's the best thing ever and they have to get one TODAY! The employees were super sweet, polite, and helpful but honestly they could've cussed me out and even that couldn't have ruined this meal. Topping that off with the complimentary chocolate covered strawberry...you just can't go wrong. Can't wait to try all the flavors then make my own mix! I did get the dubai chocolate brownie cup but was too full to try it yet but it looks delicious! Go get you a bowl today because I know you're all tired of the same old burger and chicken spots!“

“We got here and there were only 2 ppl working and they were working their butts off, the manager came in idk her name hispanic lady with long blonde hair in a braid with a G.M. name tag on and Instead of jumping in and helping she just stood there letting the 2 ppl working to just continue to work super hard and offering no help. I spent 25yrs in restaurants and the first thing she should've done was jump in and help. Idk the young man's name who was running D/T but he was doing an amazing job as was the young lady claudia In the back (only know her name cause the cashier kept calling it out) I thought they were doing such a great job by themselves i tipped them $5 each. So it took a minute to get the food but they did they best could with the circumstances.“

“My family and I dined here this afternoon and from beginning to end, it was a pleasant experience. My husband powered our food at the wrong location that happened to be close and staff took care of canceling and remaking our order with ease and a smile. The restaurant was clean and staff was refreshingly friendly and kind. The food that we get from this location is always hot, fresh and precise. The customer service that we received today was simply excellent, especially for the first day of the new year.“

“This is like no other Carl's the area it's located in would make you think it's as crappy as the area but it's not people working there deal with a lot of BS but still manage to serve each customer with a friendly greeting and smile.

“My only complaint is when ordering extra lettuce on my tacos it is obviously being written as xc rather than xl as I ALWATS end up with extra cheese and RARELY extra lettuce. Seems trivial but I’m being charged more for extra cheese than lettuce and I DO NOT WANT extra cheese. I know, 1st world problems but we just want what we want and are willing to pay for it.

“Last night was pretty packed (as to be expected Taco Tuesday) and i ordered my food through the app and i received a definite deal! i didn't luke the older riff raff that was trying to accumulate outside where i had to park because the app and all that was kinda hard to confirm they were receiving or working on at least forced me to walk through them and figure things out inside. But no problem my order was all ready they gave me extra sauces without me having to ask and plenty napkins and utensils!!! i was super surprised! Thanks Del Taco ! WTG“

“I like taco Tuesday and there Lil foods. Only downside drinks to much and bad selection. I just go to gas station grab a huge fountain drink 79 cents no sugar added hi-c or vitamin water0, etc. Small drink price of your tacos stupid. Last time I ordered a popper drink. 1 drink it was gone. 90%ice and rest poppers. Was stupid. .“

“The bathroom is why I'm giving this place 4 stars. It's fast food, and for fast food it was a solid 4 out of 5. Service was not fantastic or awful, just average. The restaurant itself was empty at 7pm on a Sunday and it was clean. The bathroom was clean but there were no doorknobs or handles so it was difficult to get out with my arthritic hands trying to put my fingers through the holes...

“The cleaner cleans very good I always like coming here due to it being clean and the lady seems to be a very good person having a smile on her face .Although the food can be a bit off sometimes and the customer service not that well but atleast I know I’m eating in a clean place thanks to that lady, I recommend it for the cleanliness.“

“Good service & food. Hispanic man @ window was really nice. I toldem i hadn't had carls in over 5 yrs. I was on east coast & Midwest no carls where I was. I went Friday 12pm drive thru no line. Food came out fast & hot burger was fresh & fried zucchini was hot because even after 10 minutes driving it almost burned mouth. Definitely be back“

“If I am gonna knock a JNTB for bad service like craig and the 15, the least I can do is point out a location that has normall has been good. They never play the pull forward game on us even when cars are behind us (IMO - as it should be), food is made right (curly fries are not as good as they were a few years ago but thats corperate not them), sause is normally handed out with no issues but sometimes they wanna provide 1 sause for a large cuyrly fry when 2 seems to be normal at almost all other locations, area is clean, decent staff but slow to take orders at window from time to time. Of all JNTB locations I go to in Vegas, they have been the 2nd best (dont mess with the sause man!, lol)“
