“Ok so this is my first time at this location and it was good. The location is very convenient. The service is quick and the seating is adequate. The soda machine was a bit dirty, but that wasn’t a problem since you can use a QR code to pour your drink. The workers seemed happy with their jobs“

“This is the place to go to for breakfast in this area. Tasha is everything you want see,hear and be greeted by in the morning. She was polite, upbeat and greeted me with a smile, she thanked me for coming to Jack n the Box, told me my order would be ready shortly, asked if I wanted condiments and told me to have a good Morning. Got to with my food being hot and delicious. Thank you Tasha and the morning jack n the box crew.“

“It’s 11/29/25 around 23:10pm my wife and I ordered 3 egg rolls, chicken nugget meal with a peach lemonade with a large curly fries and Jack spicy chicken with cheese with no tomato meal with medium fries and peach lemonade drink. So, the young lady Liliana M., had made us park on front of the building claiming our food wasn’t ready. We park in space 1. Once our food came we went straight to our home. When we open up our bags to eat the chicken nuggets was soggy and not cooked all the way through. The order of curly fries for the spicy chicken sandwich were regular fries and not the curly fries we ordered. The chicken sandwich was cold, and the eggrolls were soggy as well. So I immediately contacted Liliana M at Jack in the box Requesting her to refund our money back because the food was not to the standard that I know Jack in box values uphold. Liliana M told me that she wasn’t going to refund us our money back because we had already left I with the food. I replied to her I spent $29.60 and your telling me you’re not going to refund my money? So I requested corporate and regional manager . She tells me you can find their info on the receipt. This really irritated me as a loyal customer. To be told I have take a lost on my food and money is totally disrespectful. I’m requesting total refund and an apology from Liliana M for the disrespect? There was no hospitality, no let me figure something out for your troubles.“

“If I am gonna knock a JNTB for bad service like craig and the 15, the least I can do is point out a location that has normall has been good. They never play the pull forward game on us even when cars are behind us (IMO - as it should be), food is made right (curly fries are not as good as they were a few years ago but thats corperate not them), sause is normally handed out with no issues but sometimes they wanna provide 1 sause for a large cuyrly fry when 2 seems to be normal at almost all other locations, area is clean, decent staff but slow to take orders at window from time to time. Of all JNTB locations I go to in Vegas, they have been the 2nd best (dont mess with the sause man!, lol)“

“I've come to this location since I was a little kid, when we used to live on this side of town. Now as an adult, I have moved back with my own family to this side of town again and the quality is still the same since the early days. I love the food, the service, and the atmosphere. Shoutout to Big Steve for hooking me up with the sauces!“
