You should judge a place by how they treat their customers—and my experience today makes me never to consider this place. I picked up an order for a client. No customers were there except me. I was in a good mood and said “aloha” to the stout woman behind the counter. She was surly and had ZERO customer service skills. Avoid this place like the plague.

Just ordered the low carb mini plate which is suppose to come with rice and mac salad, well I didnt receive rice or mac salad, just beef and chicken....be careful ordering online thru uber eats or doordash, they're not giving you all your food that u pay for

I’ve seen the condition of this location just gradually deteriorate. It is located inside a run down plaza that receives a lot of foot traffic from the homeless. Cost of food here has also steadily increased to the point that I believe your money is better spent elsewhere.

I tried ordering an aloha drink. The woman at the register told me they only had frozen mango

A few customers later two women came and and said they wanted to add aloha drinks
And she gave them the drinks she told me they didn’t have…..

When into eat and my chicken Katsu wasn't cooked. Taste rubbery and Owner
Lady was rude. I will never go back. Even the worker guy acted scared of the lady.

I have been to different locations, but the Losee location is the worst every time. The short ribs here always seem to be tough. 3 short ribs for the price they charge is ridiculous, and 1 of them I couldn't eat because it was tough. I couldn't even break it with my fingers.

Just in case you guys don't know bad reviews do matter because I don't like spending my money just anywhere where people aren't polite or give you good service specially right now with the price of food so I was gonna order but decided NOT To because of all the bad reviews.dont be upset when someone calls you out because your restroom are dirty or your customer service is bad fix it just like we adjust are attitudes. I no bullshit when I see it so if you have rude customers don't make it worse by engaging in a fight and if your right people will speak up and defend you for being in the Right and for the Record I didn't eat here I just saw bad reviews and decided to not eat there anymore but I have plenty of times so am not just giving you a bad review because I have something against you because I love your food but not all Restaurants are the same .same thing with McDonald's there is a couple I don't go to because their service sucks and the managers come out with attitude to engage you in a fight instead of fixing the problem but hey who cares right people like me do we check reviews and everything we buy from food clothes ex ..

Not a safe place for people with food allergies. They need education

Visited this place yesterday 9/20/24. The female cashier is very unfriendly. Did not say hello or welcome in or even a fake smile. All she said was what can I get you. This woman was rude and welcoming. I ordered two eggrolls for $2.25 and I could have bought these frozen from Walmart. My daughter ordered the barbecue chicken sandwich for $5.99 which had no barbecue sauce on it whatsoever but I will say it had a nice sized piece of teriyaki chicken. The atmosphere was dry and uncomfortable and I will never go here again.
