L&L Hawaiian Barbecue

I feel so bad for the students/kids that eat here because it's overpriced and the portion is for one cat meal not for human portion. I say it's not worth it for the price.
I go to Hawaiian BBQ now, better price and the portion is good.

I came here for lunch placed my order and then went back and asked for a bbq sauce. I was told it was 70 cent which I was fine with and skipped the tip portion and now I looked at my transactions and found that they give themselves a 1$ tip won’t be coming back here!

Really bad service. From when we called to place the order, to picking up the food.

The service was okay, they were kind and friendly but the food was not good. The spam wasn’t fried all the way in the spam musubi we ordered, and the rice didn’t taste fresh. The BBQ chicken tasted like they just reheated it also.

I literally went to this L&L Hawaiian about 10 mins ago, and the picture below is what i received. I ordered the barbecue plate with no macaroni. And instead of barbecue chicken, I asked for Katsu curry. Well when I got my food, there was little to no curry sauce. Then I received only a little bit of the beef, the Kalbi was fine. I asked for a side of curry sauce and the lady tried to charge extra! So she put more curry on the chicken. I have been to L&L before and other locations give you your moneys worth. The lady also charged $1.25 to change the barbecue beef to Katsu Curry. No other L&L have charged when I ask to change. Be weary, and do not go to this location near Nellis Air Force base on Craig rd. Further, the lady at the counter was on her phone the entire time and payed little to no attention to the customer. This wasn’t worth $22.00. I asked for a refund and they don’t do exchanges or refunds. Hmmm I wonder why! The best L & L locations are in Summerlin and north Las Vegas near centennial. DO NOT GO TO THE LOCATION AT 2520 e Craig road suit 105. Make the drive up north to a better location.

EXTREMELY OVER PRICED! I drive a truck and ordered from this place on Door Dash while in town. $20.50 for a mixed plate that looks thrown together with littlest portions I've ever had from an Islander restaurant. $4.25 for Kimchi that looked like it came in a sauce cup. $8.99 for chicken Lumpia that looked like mini egg rolls you can get at the store. Pictures online are enlarged and do not represent what you actually get. Overall, the food is sub-par. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED AND WILL NEVER GO BACK. I CAN NOT WAIT TO GO BACK HOME TO THE WEST COAST TO MAKE UP FOR THIS BS!

Food was fine but the customer service is terrible . The lady took our order while looking down at her phone . She goes “ go ahead” like okay freakn rude then we ask for sauce and she tells us it’s in the bag which it wasn’t . If I want sauce I should be Abel to get it with my meal no matter wat I order . First L& L I’ve been to where they don’t just give it to you . So had to turn around and go back in . Then was charged $2.40 for some tiny teriyaki sauce cups . Her attitude is horrible . Someone needs to replace her or yall will continue to have these type of reviews . Made the whole transaction uncomfortable for no reason .

Make sure to use the sauce , made the food 10 times better . I had chicken and beef .

This was the first time in my life I was called out for putting soda in my water cup. After I told her the owner several times I did not steal any soda she kept telling me that she saw me do it. I will never eat here again!!!

I've been coming here once in a blue moon. So I ordered a BBQ mixed place and I asked for a katsu sauce, she said it doesn't come with katsu sauce. How stingy can you be? I'm willing to pay for it. It's true , multiple reviews She's horrible. She's been working here for so long and she hates her job. Also the environment seems toxic and I will invite health department how clean their kitchen is.

You should judge a place by how they treat their customers—and my experience today makes me never to consider this place. I picked up an order for a client. No customers were there except me. I was in a good mood and said “aloha” to the stout woman behind the counter. She was surly and had ZERO customer service skills. Avoid this place like the plague.
