I do want to give you a heads up that I intend to separate my Little Caesars© stores from A Family Company®, I am the original owner starting at Secret Pizza @ MGM Grand Caesar's®craft services. I will likely be selling the franchise rights as well, that is likely the only part of this that will affect your store.“

“I always order from here, I love little Caesars because it's so cheesy, fresh, and saucy. I suggest that you order from phone as they prepare your order as soon as possible with 10-20 minute wait. One time I postponed the time I was supposed to go, so the pizza was not hot-n-fresh pizza.“

“The people here leaving these one star reviews need a reality check. It’s cheap pizza, what do y’all expect? This is Little Caesars, not Dominos or Papa John’s. From the looks of it, the employees working here are mostly kids who have grown adults yelling at them. Give them some grace as this is probably their first job. I hate to say it, but your order isn’t going to go by any quicker by acting like a deranged animal. My advice? Just take the refund or wait for a remake. It really is that simple. If you see a lobby full of people and then complain about the wait time, that really is on you boo! No customer service? Let me ask you something, would you want to keep smiling with someone all up in your face? Exactly. Keep y’all’s attitude in check. I’m sure these babies will be more than happy to fix your order if you do them right. They may be employees who get paid to be there, but human decency goes a long way. Hell take my advice, and I’m sure your experience will improve no matter where you go 😘
