Been to this Olive Garden plenty of times, but tonight stood out by all means! Mr. Jaime M. was our server tonight, and when I say this gentleman has excellent customer service! He made tonights experience better than any of the others. Well done Jaime, keep up the awesome work! Keep an eye on this guy OG!
Jes was my server and she was absolutely wonderful, 100% on top of everything! I'm so happy she was my server. However, I think it was the manager, I didn't get her name, she came to the table and basically grilled me and my bf on whether or not our server was doing their job properly, and she was, and I let her know, but it made me extremely uncomfortable. Have more faith in your staff because Jes was amazing!
We had a great time. Our server was Jess. My companion, who is a former waitress, understood how busy Jess was, but Jess handled the challenges with grace and found the time to help us feel welcome and cared for. Truly appreciated! Please thank her for us.
