Street Tacos Al Vapor

Went there for the first time, food was great!!! We tried the adada, chicken, shredded beef, and birria and loved it. Highly recommend and will be back soon.

First of all they’re over priced to be a taco truck, second the food is not really that good, in my opinion it’s “ok” and Very Salty. I couldn’t taste much flavor because is so salty. Salsas are ok as well but Salty. I ordered 3 carne asada tacos and asada burrito and had to just throw them away, couldn’t eat them. Not what I expected, I decided to try them because of the misleading reviews they have but honestly if you want to have some good tacos just drive a few more minutes and go the street tacos on Craig and MLK.

This place was BOMB. Pregnancy cravings was for street tacos, and this HIT the spot. We ordered pulled beef, steak, chicken, and adobado tacos. The chicken was 10/10 absolutely my favorite. Almost didn’t get it, and so glad I did. The pulled beef would probably be my next favorite, almost a sweetness to the meat. While the adobado and steak were good, I wish I had gotten more of the other two. Will definitely be back!!!

We ordered the quesabirria and Pollo quesabirria, along with a consome, chicken quesadilla, and an order of cucumber Agua Fresca. Nothing negative to say about the food. They're all good. Service is fast even if there was a long line of cars. The long line speaks for itself, so it's all worth it.

This was my first time buying Mexican food from an outdoor food truck. A great change of pace from the normal, garden variety commercial taco fare. I can't remember the name of the item I ordered, but it was a double corn Tortilla, stuffed with lots of shredded beef (yummy), white cheese, cilantro, chopped veggies and your choice of sauces. They definitely don't skimp on the meat! I was definitely pleasantly surprised.

My first time there, I got two lengua tacos and two asada tacos asking with a Jamaica drink, food is fresh and well cooked, the lengua is amazing!! The red sauce is hot but I like it that way Quick and pleasant service, definitely will be back😊

Let me start by saying that I started going to this spot before they moved to centennial. They used to be posted on north 5th by what is now a 7-11. I've been a loyal customer for as long time. Food is great and the service has always been top notch, which is why they get 5 star ratings in that category. I LOVE TACOS!! When I find a great spot, I'm in! You have my business! Their MEGA sauce is spicy and the meat is good.
That being said, I was there from the beginning. So to go there recently after moving and being further away and going out of my way to visit this spot, only to see that tacos are now $4 each!??? IS CRAZY!! For a tortilla and meat, ur going to charge me $4!?? I'm currently waiting for my food to be made. I was in line already and wasn't going to go elsewhere. But this will be my final order with you guys. Sad indeed, but I'll make my own tacos at home for those prices. I can understand for a brick and mortar, but out of a food truck is OUTRAGEOUS! Best of luck to you guys. I'm sure you'll continue to do great. It will just be without me. RIP tacos al vapor.
