Hello, I was in the store as a habit I always go and order my bahama mama and my chicken quesadilla, both the Smoothie is always equally exquisite with very good taste and the attention despite how busy they are their attention is very good, Thank you guys, keep it upAhhh sorry, I want to mention that the Bowls are impressive, a delicious flavor and texture, I love eating here. The only thing I don't appreciate is when I order something and I ask them to make it properly because it's not how I ordered it. What makes this worse is that the employee that made the order got annoyed because his supervisor made him do it again for not doing it properly. Then he proceeds to speak in Spanish, loudly, as if I don't understand and hear what he said. Please do better.

The service is super slow! There’s no way this store is the ONLY Tropical Smoothie that moves this slow. I’m in the drive through right now and been here for about 15-20 minutes. There was one person ahead of me. This is ridiculous!!! Do better!!!
