Ordered by phone. Asked for my military discount. Cashier said I could not receive military discount because manager was on break & would have to wait 30 minutes.I left without receiving my order & paying.
The person on the phone didn’t take the time to get the name on the order correct (I didn’t tell them my name, it was a much simpler name)I said it slow. Spelled it and said it slow again. This caused an issue with them finding our order when we came to pick it up. All the wings were fried too hard and were completely dried out. It was not an enjoyable experience and i felt like I wasted my money.

Poor customer service, so many people in there working, not one person of color, hopefully they on a different shift! Online order took 20 min past the time on confirmation. Checked in where when I got there with my kids. Guy said it wasn’t ready yet and they they would call my name, waited 15 min walked up closer to the counter, to try to get acknowledged, told him my name an it was sitting up on the rack smh .
