“We were having an event at my work. I was in charge of getting the food for the event for 40 people. I tried calling the restaurant I previously called for a quote, and kept getting sent to voicemail. Spent 2 hours last night trying to find a place to cater my work's event today. Around 6pm last night I called Teriyaki Madness, and Aundrea was the angel that I needed! She was able to take my order, and had the order ready for pickup by 10:30am this morning. Everybody enjoyed the food, nothing but raves from my colleagues. I will definitely keep them on our list of restaurants to use for events.“

“I’m a 3rd generation restaurant worker, restaurant and nightclub consultant, and a chef who trains chefs 5 at a time. I’ve done my line of work in over 5 different states, mostly the west coast. The cook at this place was phenomenal, when I was there their was an Asian gentleman, and a Hispanic gentleman, the Hispanic chef was the cook who cooked for my mother and I for my mother’s birthday dinner April 1rst 2026. And I’ll make it short, the cook who did our dinner is a man that has unlimited skill, we had salmon, veggies, shrimp and fried rice, the level of how good our food was cooked was off the chart, everything perfect, excellent, flawless, amazing flavor etc.. I was beyond impressed. If the cook that made our food is making less than 100k a year he is dramatically under paid, I’ve seen and ate food from millionaire master chefs that came nowhere close to the talent my cook had. Salmon and fried rice and veggies can only sound so spectacular to a point, but honestly it was the very best meal I’ve had in years. There was two servers, a younger petite lady with long brown hair, super hard working, looking after her section like a true professional, super polite and helpful etc, my mother and myself had a different server, a lady a bit older than her co worker, our waitress was polite, but seemed drained, maybe she had more duties then serving but we didn’t see her very often, she was a bit under dressed compared to her younger co worker, the place was about at 30% capacity and I know smaller restaurants like these spread out extra duty’s to the staff because the staff size is smaller therefore the majority have to be cross trained for sure, the prices were average but the food and overall quality could easily compete or beat any other fine dining I’ve experienced. The food alone ? I’m forced to give 5 stars easily. If I ever open any kind of restaurant, which I do plan on, I will come looking for this man, in 30 years he is the only person in my history that I can say has more skill than myself.
