“This chicken curry is good! ? I lived in Japan for 4 years, and I’m always on the look out for places to satisfy my cravings for coco ichibanya (iykyk)

The shopping center is sketch but this food is delicious. I had the chicken cutlet curry, level 2, with cheese. The portions are huge and I was not disappointed in the flavors. I think next time I’ll try a level 3 (it goes up to level 5 here).

“Went today to the one on Eastern and ordered a reg chicken teriyaki bowl and a large chicken and steak bowl to go and got home to a reg and large chicken teriyaki bowl, no steak. Can't even check to see what he charged me for because I didn't get a receipt. Food is good but double check to see what you ordered versus what you get.“

“It was just ok for poke bowl standards. I mean poke to me is like pizza. Even when it's bad, it's still kind of good. I wouldn't call this bad but there's definitely better places around. I can't quite put my finger on it but the toppings just seemed too scattered or something. Like I couldn't even tell what I was eating because poke bowls typically have a plethora of different flavors punching your taste buds in the mouth with each bite. So even though it seems like placing each item individually might be poor item placement, it's actually preferred for this type of dish. So I think that's it. Great flavor. Decent portion. Fresh. But I don't like it mixed the way they do it.“

“So has taken me a couple of weeks to write this review. Staff? Fricken wonderful. Waiter greeted us as we walked in. I think his name is Sam. We were promptly seated with menus. He explained some of how the AYCE works. Great service!
Atmosphere, very relaxing and quiet. We went in on a day mid week. We were really enjoying and then food came out! Presentation of the plates were so enticing. These were the best tasting items ever. I will let my pictures tell the story.

“When cost is of no concern, Mizumi is at the top of the list of Japanese sushi restaurants in Vegas. Of course, if you're at the Wynn, the expectation is top tier. Mizumi underwent a major renovation recently and it's truly a beautifully designed space with a grand dining area, a cocktail bar, sushi bar and Tepanaki tables (a square space with bar seating around a Tepanaki chef). They have an extensive Sake and Japanese Whisky menu as well as a host of other wines of Europe, US, etc. Our Junmai Sake was a recommendation from the sommelier...the name escapes me. Shrimp & Vegetable Tempura, Chef's Choice Sushi Moriawase, Japanese Yellowtail Tartare plus a Salmon and Yellowtail Sashimi a la carte. Total for 2 people, before tip... just shy of $700.“

We always get the suggested house specials and a few items on the menu. You can also tell the server what kind of fish you like, and they can make suggestions based on your presence.

You can never go wrong with the grilled pork cheeks. They also suggested Kodai as a good grilled sweet fish, and they were right on the money with that. Don't skip the stone cooked wagyu either. They set the steak on fire while it sizzles on a really hot stone. So good! Can't wait until we go back next time!“

As an appetizer, we ordered sushi and waited for the Hibachi. OM, our Hibachi Master, cooked GF and normal food on separate sides of the grill. “I stumbled across this adorable hole-in-the-wall, and what a gem! The aesthetic and energy inside is so calming and pleasing, so it made waiting for the freshly-prepared food enjoyable. I had the original pork Katsu sando with their homemade tonkatsu sauce. Each sando comes with cinnamon sugar-coated toast crisps (so no part of the bread goes to waste!) so I was glad I ordered a coffee to enjoy it altogether. “Heard good things about this place located in Chinatown just off the strip. Decided we would give it a try. If there was a six star rating here I would give it for the food. Absolutely amazing. Had the tomahawk steak with the black garlic noodle soup. Portion was huge and very tasty. My wife had the teriyaki salmon bowl. Both dishes were incredibly tasty. Like I mean absolutely delicious. Price point was very reasonable and great service. Highly highly recommend this hidden gem.

I have to feel a little for the workers who are bombarded by the constant high decibel casino sound system. “We chose to dine at Yellowtail for a family outing, as my relatives had previously visited and raved about their experiences. A tip for anyone planning to go: make a reservation in advance! Even with a reservation, we found ourselves waiting over 20 minutes past our scheduled time.
Once seated, we ended up in the far-left corner near the bar, which came with its own set of challenges due to a large obstruction in our view. However, the silver lining was the exceptional service we received throughout the evening.
Now, onto the food: while some dishes were delightful, others fell a bit flat. The gyoza, cucumber salad, and sushi were somewhat average; there was nothing particularly memorable about their taste or portions, which I believe could use some improvement. On the other hand, the tempura lobster, halibut, and kalbi roll were standout dishes that truly wowed us with their unique flavors and perfect execution.
