“I tried two tacos. The dorado had a crispy and delicate shell with flavorful potatoes, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream inside. The Al pastor looked and tasted like the tacos I ate as a carnivore. The tacos are the best I have tasted! #Veganuary“

Their secret sauce goes perfectly with the nuggets 10/10 You should definitely try their new Nashville hot chicken“

“Located inside The Cosmopolitan hotel and casino. Completely understand why people wait in line for a long time for this place. Holy schnikeeeees this was decadent and we have zero regrets. List of items we devoured: Fairfax Sandwich which was cage-free soft scrambled eggs, chives, caramelized onions, cheddar cheese, sriracha mayo, warm brioche bun. The Slut which is a coddled egg, smooth potato purée, gray salt, chives, slices of baguette. Truffle Hash browns fried in duck fat. Brioche French Toast Stick served with one of the most orgasmic maple custard dipping sauces I’ve ever had the pleasure of treating my mouth to. I know, that was a lot. House made buttermilk biscuits with honey butter. I’d get up before dawn and camp out to be first in line to eat here again. Totally smashed it, great concept, elevated menu but super approachable. The seating area nearby is first come first serve but people were very friendly and shared the space well. Be sure to check out The Chandelier while you’re in the hotel, it’s massive spanning 3 floors!“

“Experienced Ton Ton Tonkatsu for the first time today during my visit to Las Vegas from Dallas, Texas. Everything was awesome! The little things make all the difference…. The gen mai cha was hot and tasted very fresh. The steamed rice and tsukemono (pickles) were crunchy and very tasty. The salad dressing was incredible too. Like I said, the little things are important. Then we had the kuro buta tonkatsu and it was amazing. Service was prompt and attentive. A new favorite for me. Will definitely go back on next visit to Las Vegas.“

“My husband and I are both vegan so we are constantly looking for places where we can eat and not have to modify the options on the menu. We ordered the fried calamari which was one of the best things we’ve ever tasted. They nailed the flavor (well seasoned) and the texture ( which is equally important). Next we ordered the combo fried rice which was delicious too and topped it off with the sesame chicken. We enjoyed everything that we ordered very much. My only critique would be that they need to remodel. It is very outdated and cluttered. If I didn’t take an Uber to get there, just seeing the windows and the menu on the outside wall would have caused us to leave. I do recommend eating here, however.“

“We visited for the prix-fixe Thanksgiving dinner and were thoroughly impressed with the top-notch service and flavorful dishes.
For appetizers, we chose the "Tartare de Betteraves" and "Gâteau au Confit de Canard." The duck confit was beautifully presented and tasted delightful.
For our entrées, we had the "Dinde Rôtie" and "Bœf Bourguignon." Both the turkey and steak were tender and cooked to perfection.
We concluded our meal on a sweet note with the "Trio de Tartes" and "K+M Chocolate Gateau." As a big fan of Bouchon’s tarts, I truly enjoyed the dessert, and the chocolate cake was perfectly layered.
