My wife just had this unfortunate experience
I had a spa appointment at 3 PM with the anticipation of arriving 30 minutes early. There was an accident just prior to the offramp that brought the freeway to a standstill. I called the receptionist to see if it was at all possible to move my massage back for which she said they were fully booked, which is understandable. we had a fabulous time, our spacious room was very nice. they actually upgraded us at no charge for our Anniversary. the staff are all friendly and very helpful.
will be back.
