Chipotle Mexican Grill in Reno

“Best experience ever at any Chipotle. I came in pretty late in the evening, but Isaac greeted me with warmest and brightest smile. He was helping multiple customers, but made me feel like I was the only one in the restaurant somehow. I've rarely met anyone as efficient and knowledgeable as him; he had my order done so fast but still managed to make it look like a work of art. And it was so good.

Isaac was incredibly professional and friendly, and he's the reason I'll be coming back to this particular location. Thank you!“

“Ordered a burrito and salad for pick up. Went through the pick up window and they gave me my salad but not the burrito. I pointed out my burrito was missing and the quickly made.

The salad was thrown together and looks like garbage. My burrito did not have the guacamole I paid for and all the ingredients were light.

I’m extremely disappointed and probably won’t go back.“

“It was still early enough in the evening that the place wasn’t to busy. The young man behind the counter serving me was a kind individual who because of the grill behind him had to keep repeating himself and smiling all the time. The food was o and the service was fantastic“

“Chipotle in general has been there for me many a time. And this one specifically has saved me in several “forgot to eat, stomach grumbling” situations. Today I came in and it’s peaceful, regular but chill busy level. I had to wait for a bit for someone to help me but as someone who has worked in food service, i know what short staffing looks and dells like and the delay wasn’t a ball drop on the crew’s end- I can tell the crew is working hard, cooking, refilling things. A crew member was holding it down alone on the line and then another came back from their break. Then I had my go to burrito made and chips + queso, their new chimichurri sauce and a Poppi soda. The restroom was very clean and I had a face spot to sit and feast. That leaves me a happy camper - hats off to the crew here, I know Chipotle has employee perks but the employees here should be paid much more than they are and sufficiently staffed. AKA the top executives should get paid less 😙“

“After having a very negative experience at Chipotle in Wyoming yesterday (08/29/2024), I felt compelled to write this review today for Justin and Chelsea at this location. I mentioned my negative experience the day prior at another location and Justin made sure I was very content with my order. He was very friendly and attentive to his customers. I eat at a lot of chipotles since I travel for work and don’t ever really feel the need to leave a review. I saw a lot of the negative reviews and felt I should speak on my experience. Maybe they were short staffed or went peak hours while they were understaffed because my experience was great and I’ll definitely make sure I come here on days I’m traveling through Reno for work. By far the best experience I’ve had at a Chipotle, which speaks volumes since I probably go to 6-7 different Chipotles a month since I travel for work.
