I really wanted to love this place. I gave them more than once chance and still couldn’t get it right. I ordered a sandwich online was so excited for the sprouts, it did not say there was avocado on it. I am allergic to avocado, took a bite and there was avocado and no sprouts. Took it back and they remade it, no avocado but still no sprouts also other veggies on sandwich that were not the description. Got iced green tea, they put extremely hot water in a plastic to go cup which...read full review
Ordered when one person was ahead of me waited for 25+ minutes, but I had to leave for my appointment. Tried to call the place several times before they answered, tried to compromise a refund and asked for a later pick up or store credit and was refused. 😔 I sat and watched them fill multiple online orders while I waited and neglected in store orders to stand and chat with the local door Dasher. what a bummer though cause I really loved the food last weekend . i just ordered this morning. the bagels are so good and fresh. I ordered some cheddar and bacon bagels. and raisin and cinnamon bagels! also ordered strawberry and garden garlic cream cheese it's so good! I'm also happy they have my favorite blind dog coffee! Now I have a new favorite place and can't wait to try other things like the breakfast sandwiches with their cute desert names!

Desert Sun Bagel Co. is a popular college eating spot known for its delicious food, including the recommended Twilight sandwich with roast beef, cheddar, and egg on a cheddar bagel. The addition of artichoke spread enhances the flavor. The bagels are fantastic and there are many options, with garlic spread being a favorite. The shop offers a great menu, friendly service, coffee, and smoothies. Customers often recommend arriving early since favorite items may sell out, and there is limited seating, so many choose to carry out or sit outside. The restaurant can be busy, especially with online and DoorDash orders, leading to long wait times and an anxious atmosphere. Parking is usually good, but when full, it’s on street. The small establishment is loved for its fresh, baked bagels, which are better than chain brands like Einstein’s. Most customers find the bagels to be soft and delicious inside, despite a few burnt ones on busy days. Overall, Desert Sun Bagel Co. is considered the best spot in town for breakfast bagels.
