Easy location in south Reno off the freeway it’s a short drive off Veterans, coming from Sparks and Northwest Reno. First stop as you get into town from Carson. Staff is so sweet and accommodating and goes above and beyond every time. Parking is easy and lots of seating inside and out.“

“The inside of this place has a really cool vibe. It was my first time going, so I tried the Rose Milk slush with boba. It smelled just like rose water and has a refreshing, clean taste. I also bought some tempura sea chips and they were delicious 😋. I am in Sparks, but I will add this to my rotation when I'm shopping in Reno.“

“We went a few days ago and I was pleasantly surprised with how good and natural the yogurt tasted! It was not overly sweet and apparently all natural ingredients. Fresh fruit toppings and they have weekly switch around with the flavors. Family owned and they were all so sweet and kind. Portion size is really big for the price you pay! Definitely recommend trying them out!

Also don’t let the word “honey” intimidate you. I initially assumed the fro yo might have honey in it (not a fan) but it was actually just in reference to the sizing of the cups you can choose from!“

“I had a Raspado de coco it was exactly what I expected. So creamy and with pieces of real coconut! We also had a mangoniada- frozen sweet and spicy mango slush with mango pieces inside. This was good but we had to wait until it thawed out. We expected another drink and it’s called Chamoyada here. The fruit box was also filled with assorted fruits and all fresh and delicious. Customer service was great! We did have to wait for about 15 min because there was only 1 person working. Place was clean. Will come back.“

“It won’t let me press the do not recommend button. In the shop it smells like cats and cat litter and there are roaches. I told the employees there are live roaches next to my table and they said ok they’ll take care of it then never did so we walked out immediately.“

Or at least ask us for a substitute. Waited over 30 minutes for 2 strawberry yakult w/ golden boba. I thought it was suspicious that all the staff went into the kitchen and everyone stopped making tea. Then my drink was served in a hot cup (used for coffee, not clear). I took a few sips and noticed that I got jelly pieces, not boba. Once I got home I took a video and poured the contents of my drink into a clear cup to see what I actually got. The staff never informed me that they ran out of boba or if I wanted to substitute it for a different topping. I'm very disappointed and honestly upset that they tried to cover it up by putting my drink in a different container so I couldn't see what they gave me...“
