With all the CORONA VIRAL STUFF HAPPENING, THIS STAFF PERSONALLY GAVE MAXIMUM EFFORT to CHECK IN AND LOAD MY 2 Pups to LAX on a 3rd RESCHEDULE For this WEEK of MARCH 25, 2020 and see them off SAFE... The Computers were DOWN and ALL the DESK STAFF Were working on it getting the last pup crate tagged and on that flight

They had a lot of variety of types of food but not a lot of variety on the actual food. Another words they may have a Mexican bar but only have tamales and tortilla and beans and rice. The pasta bar basically had spaghetti

Great breakfast Eggs Benedict. My breakfast martini w grapefruit was awesome. I had 2. Waitress was slow.

No one bothered my service dog and I. Had to go through extra security bud TSA was friendly, polite, and explained everything they were going to do ahead of time.

Horrible. 10 people deep in line and the lady leaves the register. Only Alicia is working now and has to do everything. She sat on her butt at the bar and chatted while the guy working sat at B4 gate and they chatted across the entire restaurant. My food was cold to add insult to injury. Alicia didn't even know what buttons to press for waffles and pretzels. Terrible leadership and lazy employees!!
