There can be a big line with one lane closed sometimes but the people there are always so nice. They are the only place that doesn't make excuses and say the ice cream/shake machine is not working. They can mess up large orders but they apologize profusely

Food is usually fantastic but was definitely old on this visit. Staff/manager is VERY LOUD and speaks crudely. It's not the best environment for my toddler. But they are helpful when needed. Maybe just chill a bit.

I went through the drive-thru the morning of July 4th. The attendant at the second window was absolutely delightful! I didn't see their nametag, they were wearing a Hawaiian flower over their left ear. They were polite, friendly, and smiling, which is rare in customer service these days.
