This was my first visit and I was disappointed. I heard good things about this place, but the service really fell short. My hamburger was burnt. The hamburger comes with fries (I ordered at noon) and was told they don't turn the fryer on until 1pm (then how does my burger come with fries? It didn't). I had to pick another side. The waitress forgot to bring our condiments that she offered to bring. My drink glass was empty for 20 minutes. I wasn't impressed at all.
Fresh, hot, delicious always.
