Great poke. Really impressed with the quality of the food. Although, I have one suggestion. When plating bowls, if you’re going to place the rice on the entire bottom of the bowl the proteins should be in the middle, then add the sauce to the whole bowl, and all of the sides around proteins.
Oh and thank you for actually putting extra for the sides when asked unlike some other spots out there!

Typically they are pretty generous with adding a little more of this or that. But at my last visit they pushed back pretty hard on adding more Wakame and Edamame. Meh... Maybe the employee was having a bad day.
