The staff is so super nice and really care about their customers
The worst Starbucks in the area, by far. We have about a 20% success rate of getting our order correct. They seem to have a particular problem with white mochas. Yesterday we ended up with a pumpkin something instead. It’s the most convenient one for us but we just need to stop going there.

The staff is always friendly, super quick, and they get orders right every time, even when it is busy. The Drive Thru moves quick and is no longer slow. The crew is good, though one reminder is that customers are not there for chit chat. The quality of service has really declined for some, as they put all other customers ahead in priority over delivery drivers. Starbucks is almost always a good experience with consistent quality and friendly staff. Starbucks stayed true to their product. It is not the most delicious espresso but you can always count on it to be consistent. For this location, it is tough to imagine a better and more consistent experience.
