Starbucks Coffee Company is exactly what you expect: reliable, convenient, and consistent. The coffee is excellent and delicious as expected, with drinks made just the way you ordered. The service is warm, friendly, and genuine—staff are absolutely wonderful, patient, and a joy to talk to, not a fake “I get paid to smile at you” experience. The atmosphere is relaxing, comfortable, and inviting, though it is not the most comfy cozy coffee shop. It is nice and clean, but the relaxed atmosphere is often interrupted by very loud and annoying noises from tables and chairs being pushed around by a staff member. Additionally, the sidewalk and parking spots were not cleared of hard packed snow, creating a slipping hazard when carrying drinks. For consistency and convenience, Starbucks is a go-to, but don’t expect gourmet coffee artistry every time—its strength is being dependable.
