We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

This was the best starbucks ive ever been too. The staff was super friendly and efficient, the product was perfectly warmed and brewed. Theu serve 'for here' orders on plates and in mugs to reduce waste.

Extremely great customer service!!! They knew how to make the exact drink that I like perfect! We have been all over Reno Nevada and their two drops of Carmel did not do The Justice of the extra extra extra caramel we ordered at the other Starbucks is around. Every time we went somewhere different we had to immediately come back because how poorly other Starbucks is here made their drinks. They are very fast in the drive-thru and the employees work very well as a team!! Literally...

June 2025

Today was a hectic day that resulted in my coffee splattered on the ground. I knew that even though I would have to drive back to Starbucks and waste a bit of time, I needed this drink today! To my absolute surprise, the lovely barista was kind enough to take care of my replacement drink! I believe her name was Reece, I just had to say thank you so very much! Your small gesture of kindness has made my day much brighter!
