This is the very well known taco truck outside of the peppermill. The tacos I ordered were DELICIOUS. Unfortunately I've ordered here a few times and got asada tacos or quesadillas & there was too much gristle & chewy fat in the meat. I'd be willing to give them another chance only on a Friday or Saturday- something tells me the better cook works those day but idk for sure. Everyone loves this ya o truck. They're good if you catch them on the right day. It's worth a try!
Good food truck parked conveniently in front of Peppermill Resort in the evenings, near liquor store parking lot. I asked for a recommendation of what to order and the clerk advised a quesadilla as a very popular menu item. I got a large fresh corn tortilla quesadilla to which I added carnitas and lettuce. It is the size of 3-4 tacos. It would have been better without the lettuce and with sour cream or avocado added (up-charge). Next time would probably try with carne or pollo...read full review
