Absolutely loved this place! Food was fantastic!!!
Loved it!! Like more than expected to. I order the super burrito steak and it was so good. Something I noticed was the steak was all good cuts, there wasn’t fat pieces like I’ve noticed in other food trucks. I got a large steak taco as well and it was good too but the burrito just abnormally good. Best part was their hot sauce!! Red sauce was spectacular. I’d go again for sure.
Tacos were really tasty.
Tripas were perfect amount of chewiness and fried edges.
Asada was really good, with the fat bits melting in your mouth and not too much grizzly bits.
Pastor was okay.
Sauces were decent.
The did fix me a protein-only plate (asada and avocado-I asked for about 4 tacos with of meat), which was very nice of them.
They also sell those yummy bags of potato chips people eat with tons of Valentina sauce.
