Ate here for Thanksgiving today, it was pretty good! My main complaints were the fact that the meat was cold at the carving station, it's not designed real well for all the foot traffic and there was no apple pie :( other than that, everything was good.
Have not been to Reno in years, coming back and eating at the grand buffet has been one of the best experiences by far coming to Reno. Food is great. Customer service is outstanding. definitely recommend you come here.
By far the best casino buffet in the Reno area. It starts with as soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by Samantha and her concierge-cashier team. They make the transaction super easy and friendly. The GM Vasco, who showed true leadership on the floor, greeted me and made us all feel welcomed, we were seated in their incredible comfortable dining room and were treated like we were family.
