Was seated promptly. Was given one menu for two people. The waiter came right away asking for our order. I said I needed to look at the menu.. no response to one menu at the table. I ordered a $19.49 Cobb salad. Very expensive. As I started eating the salad a hard lettuce core was at the bottom. A whole core. I took it out and set it on a napkin. Then I found a smaller core. Took it out and set it on the napkin. The waiter passed by us several times ignoring the cores. Then the waiter said his shift was over and he set the ticket down. We didn’t think anything of it because we weren’t done. He was. He came back asked if we have Apple Pay. And stood there. I took out my card and he handed me an electronic card reader. I payed and he came back said another waitress would take care of us. He left and came back to take our dishes. The cores still on the napkin on the table. And he left. We sat for over a half hour with not one person asking us if we needed anything. Even as we gathered our things to leave.. no one asked. When a salad core is at the bottom of a salad. It means that was the first thing in the bowl. Picture of cores included.

Awesome food for an airport restaurant. I had the blackened salmon which was phenomenal!

Food is meh, the cheesy pig is just a pulled pork sandwich, the cheese makes no difference, and the slaw is on the side. The fish and chips is a batter diped and fried full filet, which was a little

Didn’t even try the food. The server at the bar was so rude when I asked for a paper menu (my phone was not scanning the QR code) that I decided to walk out after not getting help for 10 min.

The restaurant was quite cold they didn't seem to care that it was freezing outside and many people were not warm. We sat down for over 15 minutes and did not receive a single word from a server. It was 1:00 p.m. and many people already had food on the table this is an excusable I had a very poor experience here..

Glad I decided to try this place and make up my own mind because it was good! Good service, good food, and nice ambiance, almost forgot I was in an airport. Little pricey but to be expected I guess, and we were hungry, so this was a good option.

Where to begin....First of all the one star reviews are correct. I've been coming here for about 5 years. It's never been stellar, but in the Reno Airport, there are not many options. This place has been going downhill for the last 2 years, at least. I do not write many reviews, but what happened today made me have to do this. The big problem with this place is the service, (but physically it's going downhill as well....just look at the condition of the booths.) Last year when we came here, the line to get in was huge....tables open everywhere and not a hint of acknowledgement from any person working there to the people standing in line. Servers would walk by the line and not say anything, while other servers would be yucking it up with other employees. Service and management believe they are beyond reproach. I could go on and on. Today, Sunday November 26, 2023 we decided to give it one more chance. We showed up in the afternoon asking to be seated within tv viewing focus to see a Sunday game. A young man came up to us in the waiting line. I asked if he could seat us close to a tv to see the game. He gave me a, "well let me see what I can do". We followed him to the table. Please keep in mind the place was pretty much empty. The table he tried to seat us was not ideal to see the game. However, there were many other tables that were open and ideal to see the game. I asked him if we could have one of the other tables....he said no, "I have a seating chart that I have to go by".... This answer is unacceptable and annoying. I tried to get more information from him on why we can't move and he turned walked away and ignored me. Who in the world trains a person to simply ignore a customer when they are asking a question? Meanwhile, the older bartender that's been there for years gave me a dirty look. You all know that guy from the other reviews. This place has become a complete disaster and I would be embarrassed to have this place in my city airport, especially if it's considered the cornerstone restaurant in the terminal. It starts at ownership and then trickles down to management. There's a real cancer here, and if the city of Reno and the airport don't take it seriously, it will snowball into a bigger problem for the city. What a mess of a place, and shame on Reno if it doesn't address the problem.

Service is beyond bad! Sat for 42 minutes as a waiter keeper saying “I’ll be right there!”This place was NOT busy to be saying thatMaybe the manager who was doing nothing but talking to the bartender should be helping if this waiter was so stressed out !

Id give zero stars if I could, because they paid exactly zero attention to the line of people waiting to be seated. 15 minutes of waiting later, my family and I went somewhere else. If it takes more than 15 minutes just to greet the people waiting to get in, it's probably gonna take 45 minutes to get a single beer poured. Zero effort or care merits zero stars.

I wouldn’t eat here if my life depended on it! We had wonderful short break in Reno and the people some of the nicest me and my partner ever experienced until we were at airport to leave and wandered into Timber Ridge. We waited and we’re ignored for 5 minutes by the insanely rude and arrogant old dark haired woman who just carried on a personal conversation at bar before walking away past us, I ask if we could come in only to be told ‘NO you have to wait to be seated!’ Please see the pic to see how ‘busy’ it was! The manager Wario or Mario came over and said we’d have to wait 5 minutes to be seated still (again see photo) - we asked if we could sit at the bar to which he reluctantly agreed and a further 5 minutes passed being ignore by the old lady still speaking to her friend but meant to be serving! We walked out! These employees are a disgrace to the people of Reno and the Timer Ridge brand! Disgust customer service and will be emailing head office.
