Top Deck offers a huge and affordable menu with generous portions, including a salad. The prime rib and lobster tail are standouts, while the steak and eggs are totally worth it. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, is wheelchair accessible, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The Big Win breakfast is a favorite. While some experiences have included cold food and empty coffee cups, the waffles and sausage are enjoyable when properly done.
