Greet you by name, such great staff and the food quality is always on point.
They have an error on the website for online ordering which routes to the wrong location. They refused to refund my money - even though their website is wrong- and charged me a second time to pick it up at the location I picked. Staff told me this is a known issue. However, when they contacted the owner they refused to refund the order and instead made me pay twice! Horrible customer service! Definitely lost my business and all my coworkers.
Not a professional business. Whom ever is in charge, named Mandy and/or Michael harasses their employees and are very unprofessional. Will not be supporting this business.
Bringing up personal issues an employee had out of spite and telling them to "go tell their mother about it" after saying "WHO RAISED YOU" is just not acceptable.
Not welcome here.
