“we stopped by on our way home from San Francisco. Lunch was delicious. I had the ground beef enchilada with beans and rice and my companion had a cheese enchilada with a tostada and then the third person had hamburger with french fries. All were delicious”

“Picked this place out of the blue while I was in town for a few days. It is small but the people and the food were great. I had the steak sandwich I normally order medium and it comes out raw at other restaurants. At copper Flat Pub it was perfect. They also had great beer choices. I’m coming back here on my next trip to Ely.”

“I was jonesing for a slice of pie. Piccadilly sells a small cheese that scratched my itch. Yeah, it’s not topnotch pizza but it’s ok for Ely and the guy who served me was super friendly. The store is clean and nice as well.”

“I did not use services and only went in out of curiosity, because I like visiting unusual and even uncomfortable places for the life experience. I didn’t know how that would go over, but to my surprise, they were very professional and friendly, and offered me a free tour. I was only there for a few minutes, but gave a small tip to the woman offering the tour. If you’re in my situation and are just there to see a brothel in person, just be honest about why you’re there, respectful, and leave a tip as it is a business.”

“I can honestly say this is the best Chinese restaurant in Ely. Their egg drop soup is amazing made every single day by the owner. It is perfectly light and rich and flavorful the pao pao platter is the perfect combination to start your night off right with your Chinese food comes with eggrolls, chicken wings, meat skewers, wontons their beef. Lo mein is absolutely to die for it is perfectly balanced with the richness and the vegetables they put in as well it is well worth the money to spend at this restaurant. You can taste the love and the freshness and all of their food.”

“Always friendly staff! Opens early with easy drive-thru access. Good coffee. Grab n go snacks and warm breakfast sandwiches. Tasty! Indoor seating. Drink specials, all the flavors of hot and cold coffees, teas and refreshing drinks. Decorated for the holidays. I always stop when traveling thru Ely. Even if Im not getting coffee its a good place to grab a quick to go bite.”

“This Subway is in a Shell station. The oven did not seem to bake my sandwich as well as most Subway ovens to. But the young man who waited on me was outstanding. He was diligent, patient, competent and pleasant.”
