The venue looks fresh, bright, and cozy at the same time. Tables are covered with crisp white tablecloths, and the staff is courteous and makes a professional and polished impression.“

“This sandwich shop made my last day in Reno. There were not too many restaurants open in the morning around the university area. The place was not open when I arrived, but servers let me in and made the sub for me. I bought the mini Wagyu beef sub as my breakfast.
The Wagyu beef sub was only $1 more expensive than the signature Capriotti’s sub. The sub was really juicy and flavorful with decent beef and fresh vegetables. The sub had mini, small, medium, and large size. The price was brilliant. Service was amazing. The room was large and clean, chairs were not taken off tables though, because I was here early. There were also some pictures about this sub brand on the wall. Hope they can have more locations in the United States.“

“This is the only location I will go to. The only location that actually tastes fresh, is reliable and consistent!!! I’ve been to every location in Reno and Sparks. Yuck. All of them. No one does it as perfectly as this this place. I have no idea what it is that makes it so much better but it is always fresh and perfect.“

Turns out this place does actually care about their customers. That's awesome, and I had to update my rating after calming down and re-evauating. This Port of Subs has always been great, never a let down before. But I lost my cool after a week from hell and my disappointing experience from here that ended said week was the the last straw. But, after leaving the review, I was contacted by the owner and/or manager who apologized and corrected their errors. They were friendly, apologetic and I could tell they were sincere. A rarity now days. I will def continue to enjoy Port of Subs for their fresh ingredients, house sliced meats, tasty options and great service. Everyone has an off day, and I shouldn't have been so quick to negatively review them. Thank you Port of Subs, my local owned and neighborhood sandwich spot.

Placed an order through the app. Over half of my sandwich ingredients were missing. Tomato, pepperoncinis, onion, and pepperjack-- where were they? What a boring sandwich. Without fail, every time I tip online before receiving my order, they always eff it up. This goes for any and all restaurants that have online ordering. I thought Port of Subs would be better than that, like actually care about the customer?? I guess not if they can't be bothered to read what was requested.“

“Today there was a gentleman and nice woman working. The place was packed and they were working to get everyone taken care of. One of the customers passed out. The woman behind the counter came over to help, called 911 and get the customer water. She made sure customer was safe and emt was there to take over. While the gentleman behind the counter was still working to help the customers in line. Thank you for showing such kindness and respect to everyone in there today. You two are amazing!“

“Unsure of the guy's name, but whoever made my sandwich today was a restoration in my faith in humanity. I was that guy about to eat subway at the airport. Right? Like, expectations are that you will leave fed. But holy bananas. Dude was quick, courteous, and pure quality. I would take a picture of him.but while there are no customers, he is making the back of the house shine. In (not so) short, thank you dude from subway, for making my hungry butt happy before flying out of Reno! Edit: got my picture“

“I'm a Colorado boy living in California now, so I grew up on Quizno's but had to watch countless locations close in the Bay Area and along the I-80 corridor due to a decline in quality and sales. I've ordered the Traditional for 30 years.

This Reno location served me up the best Traditional I've ever had in my life, lemme tell ya. Major props to the handsome Indian dude working the joint who made this all possible. He's probably the franchise owner. Watching him make my sandwich felt like being in a commercial. I half expected the spongemonkeys to come out of nowhere singing about the pepper bar. I haven't gotten that excited watching meat laid out nicely on a set of buns since, well, this morning. It's the closest I've ever been to a religious experience. The place was nice and clean, too!“

“My husband and I go once a week for lunch,the bread is always fresh,the final finish of our sandwiches are always on point..the staff is always friendly as well as a clean restaurant..the ladies always know our numbers, 1 and 5 small on wheat..I recommend this spot to eat anytime.“

“We enjoyed the delicious fresh sandwiches on a recent Friday night at this location. I tried the All American Club sandwich. It was hot, the American cheese was melted perfectly, and the turkey, ham, and bacon were so tasty. Making it a combo with chips and a drink, made my meal complete. Not to mention, having the loyalty card gave us $5.00 off two combos was a plus for a dinner pick up.“
