“Beautifully decorated restaurant with even better food. I've tried their sushi as well as their Chinese food. Everything is cooked with love and the wait staff are kind and attentive. Come and try something, then come back and try something else. I really enjoy this place.“
“Really great restaurant on baring blvd, my kiddos wanted Dim Sum, unfortunately the place we go is in Sacramento. Searched yelp and this place came up. Made the drive down and was not disappointed. For it being local it was pretty good. They even had the Lotus Wrapped sticky rice. Delicious. The service was fantastic, the waiter was extremely friendly and attentive. The restaurant was very spacious and clean. They don't just service dim sum, they have sushi and a Chinese menu as well. Check them out for sure. Pretty sure this place has been around for years.“
“Very good they were busy but the food got there quickly and the service was pleasant and appropriate for the cost. These days everything costs 20.00 no matter if it’s fast food or pho. I’d much rather get this - great food and great service for 20.00 than at a fast food place serving garbage. Good job - recommended. I got the pork vermicelli with added shrimp - out the door for 20.00 bucks - very nice.“
“A kinda of good yet surreal experience at KWOK’s, local friends brought us there after picking us up from the airport and straight into this little jewel of a restaurant. Dishes are very well done, flavors are tempered and not overly sauced, can be common in many other Chinese restaurant. Loved the beer I sampled there. Didn’t realize it’s kinda rare!“
“food was all good. My fav thing is the cashew delight with chicken . this is my fav place to eat ever in reno . i love the Thai tea boba so yum . The golden rolls are so crispy and the shrimp rangoon are so creamy. The food came by quickly and the service is good and the place is so cute“
“Highly recommend stopping in here for some noodle soup!! I have a gluten allergy and was excited to find out that quite a few of their noodle soups (and other dishes) are gluten-free. It is very hard to find GF noodle soup in Reno so this was an amazing discovery. Menu isn't labeled but just ask as they are super friendly and knowledgeable.“
“Pleasantly surprised how tasty the food is. Wonton soup, add egg noodle is the way to go. The ramen was also a good menu item. Both soups were plentiful and hit the spot on a cold day. Add a side of kimchi and rice for spice and probiotics ;)“
“Early dinner for two, fried Flounder perfectly cooked, moist and juicy in the inside, mushroom delight yummy, and crab fried rice with dried egg, my favorite. Chinese seafood done right. Try this locals place for authentic Chinese food. Families welcome. Everyone that works here isfriendly and super nice.Parking: Easy parking for large get others.“
“Wonderful experience and it's a place that I will go back. Would like to try the lettuce wraps but sounds like they sell out quick. Went with crab ragoon and they were good, but the dish that was the star of the show was the chicken general (spicy). Mouth watering delight. The waiter was efficient and friendly & restaurant was very clean. Bobo teas are available although we didn't try, several flavors offered. This place does stand out in all the ways that matter.“
“The search for good to great restaurants in the Reno lake Tahoe region continues!!!!!!We are constantly trying new places to review in this area. Our second Thai food restaurant in Reno to tryAsian restaurant(s) for the most part can be an expensive proposition. I understand now how much my parents spent when as a family of 5, they would indulge us at Chinese restaurant in Chinatown s.f.Even for a couple it can get pricey. We found this restaurant on mccaran Blvd in a nice shopping center. We watched as customers entered the business many coming out with takeout. We did a dine in. We ordered pineapple chicken fried rice, chicken satay, crab cheese rangoons, and tom yum seafood soup. In most Thai restaurants we have attended, the server will always ask us how hot/spicy we want the food. Usually on a scale of 1 to 10, we ask for an 8. All based on perception. Watch out for those ghost chillis. At this restaurant no one asked. I had to ask for a basket of chili peppers, ground chili, etc.The food was good . The crab cheese rangoons, pineapple chicken fried rice and chicken satay were cooked just right. Chicken was moist, rangoons cheesy, but really couldn't taste the crab. The pineapple chicken fried rice had ample pieces of chicken, pineapple and cashews .The soup was a little disappointing. One the spicynes was not there. I had to add ground chili. As for ingredients, I am used to more, shellfish still in the shell, crab legs and claws, as well as fish. This particular soup had none of that.Otherwise ok, but the price a little high for 4 dishes and 2 Thai coffees. The search in Reno continues.Parking: Several slots for parking in front of restaurant including disabled parkingWheelchair accessibility: Easy access“
