The quality and price was good. Unfortunately the customer service was not very respectful to customers. I ordered multiple (12) bags from them and one bag was missing. I asked them to check the invoice from their post office to see the actual weight of the package. They just claimed there was nothing wrong with their record in computer.
I've been drinking Davidson's teas for years now and they are simply the best. You can tell the leaves and flowers are of great quality by how good the teas taste.
