McDonald's in Sparks

“Well, the sodas were all turned to the lowest syrup setting because management cares so much about our health, and my Big Mac had been prepared so long before my arrival, the bun had turned halfway to stone and fused to the box. I'm no quitter though; I ate that thing anyway, and washed it down with watery soda. Today I feel the pride of conquering this trashmeal. But no more will I pay for the injustice I suffered here. No! I will go to BK, and have it my way.“

“The staff at this McDonalds should all quit their jobs today. You can tell they don't want to be there and are very rude to the customers always acting like we are below them. Everyone bleeds red and so everyone should be treated the same. There are only a few white people that work here the rest are Mexican.“

“Went there later last Friday and ordered ice cream cone, sprite and chocolate milk shake! Paid and got up to the window and the gentleman working apologized that the shake machine was not working. So he made it by hand using vanilla and adding chocolate syrup!! He made my night!! Don’t remember his name but he had tattoos on his neck!! Thank you sir!! Above and beyond!!! 8)“

“Customer service 10/10 better than the one down pyramid & eagle. The manager lacks customer service so i prefer this one. Plus food and fries is always fresh at the los altos one. No matter how backed up how long line is they reassure and dont get annoyed or even show any sign of being annoyed by customers. When im here they are very attentive, still pushing through the orders, and still maintaining a great customer service. I came in today for drive thru and the team was amaizing! Even if the line was long, Great customer service made the wait even better! Customer service itself in fast food will get you far.“
