First visit had a folded rubber mat in the doorway entry and they didn't have a cheese for one of my sandwiches. Second visit (weeks later) ,there was a folded rubber mat still partially in the doorway and no sauce for the hot meatball sandwich. They are in the Raley's shopping area and can't walk to purchase sauce?
