Nadia was such a delight! My son and I came in to try Boba for the first time and she was so sweet and patient with all of our questions and really knew the product. Great representation we will certainly be back.
Staff is friendly and drinks are AMAZING!! Fun atmosphere as well.
Having lived in Southeast Asia for 3 years, my expectations for a boba tea is very high. This place was nowhere near good enough even for Reno standards, but since we don’t have enough of such places I don’t want to give bad rating and I really wanna support but they gotta act and significantly improve their quality for the very high price that they are charging.

Reno Tea Bar, located at the mall in Sparks, offers a great vibe with well-lit interiors and a nice ambience. Customers enjoy the perfect tiger milk tea and refreshing mango smoothie. Although some reviews suggest the quality could improve, the friendly staff helps with menu choices, serving amazing drinks every time. The place is clean and welcoming, making it a favorite hangout for many. The fast service is appreciated, but some customers feel that a little friendliness from the staff would enhance the experience. They also offer restrooms inside, which is a plus. Parking is collective for the Outlet and Casino, and the store is conveniently located in the walkway between Burlington and Legend Casino.
