“I have always loved this place. Until today. I came in and got a broccoli n cheddar bread bowl. The ratio was OBVIOUSLY messed up, as the cheese was chunky n not mixed well with the cream like it is normally. And then I had ordered a bowl of the crawfish gumbo. Not a single piece of crawfish in the entire bowl. Not to mention standard gumbo has anduoille sausage. The sausage that was in it was some store bought "Johnson stuffs" This place has gone down hill so quickly. I am extremely disappointed, and will never be back again. Save your $'s. they charge too much and are not giving out the same quality as they once did.“

“Everything was good but if you put blinders up would be better inside. If you stop by during a day. It’s too bright in there and the table by the entrance is in the sun. I know some people like it but not for me. Btw the food and service was good. I will be back again“

“We visited to celebrate our grandparents’ 67th wedding anniversary and couldn’t have chosen a more perfect spot. The food, ambiance, and attentive service were all exceptional. Jeremiah, our server, went above and beyond to make the occasion truly memorable. Our meal featured a delightful selection of dishes including the burrata salad, veal parmigiana, veal piccata scallopini, minestrone soup, and we finished with a decadent Amaretto ricotta cheesecake. Every dish was exquisite, making the evening one to remember.“

“A huge thank you to Saladworks Reno for generously sponsoring lunch for our event of 20+ women! They provided an incredible spread of wraps, sandwiches, and gigantic salads that were fresh, flavorful, and had so much variety. Everyone raved about the quality, and they even made sure to accommodate allergies I mentioned.
Their generosity and attention to detail made a big impact on our event. The order was ready on time, making pickup super easy, and it was the perfect meal to keep everyone energized throughout the day. I can’t recommend Saladworks Reno enough for catering—thank you again for your amazing support!“

“My husband and I just had AYCE lunch here and we were thoroughly impressed! The outdoor seating was calm with a great view of downtown. The sushi was fresh and delicious, I highly recommend the chefs special! The owner was so personable and added to our great experience. We will absolutely be coming back and filling our punch card!“

“With a handful of Egg Roll King's in town this one has the best customer service.
The man at the register was friendly and offered me a free bottle of water on a hot summer day, I'm definitely throwing a couple dollars in the tip jar on my next visit.“

“There were no highlights? I decided to speak my mind about the owner who I never met and rejected my job application??? Now I see why this position is open but never filled? Trust, you dream of someone like me with my skill level experience. I probably would hate working for you anyway? Do you guys really think you could make a better sandwich than ANY S.F. Bay Area Real Italian Deli's which is where I'm from. I doubt it. No wonder I never been there? 😂“

“I don’t usually write reviews but I felt it was mandatory for my server was Tina and she was excellent! She checked on us multiple times even when it was a really busy Tuesday night 9/17. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Excellent server I hope to have her again next time!!“
