“We had a bit of a rough start to our visit, as we waited about 15 minutes after being seated without anyone coming to our table. Brynn noticed us, came over, and immediately offered to find out who our server was. She ended up taking care of our table herself, and completely turned the experience around.

Brynn was absolutely wonderful—attentive, friendly, professional, and genuinely caring throughout our entire meal. She made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel very well taken care of. While the initial wait definitely shouldn’t have happened, Brynn’s service more than made up for it and gave us a great experience at Saltgrass.
