“This place is so cute! If you need a place to practice your Spanish and have a great snack, you have to come here. Located in the Sun valley area right beside Little City Gun. They just opened up about a month ago. It has ice cream, nachos, Mexican candy, agua fresca, and much more. This is a family-owned business. There is plenty of parking because it's located in the shopping center. I opted in for pineapple raspados (flavored shaved ice) and some nachos with jalapenos. It was delicious. The workers speak English and Spanish. They were really nice. I recommend checking this place out if you're in the Sun valley area or in Sparks. It wasn't far at all. Their snacks do not disappoint.“

“Nice bright, clean store. The line moves quickly and the staff are always really helpful and nice. My favorite acai bowls of all time. Check out their location off Rob drive too if you're in that area. The bowls and service are great and consistent at both places.“

“Scoopers has amazing food and so much variety for being called a burger place, they have hot dogs, sausage, nachos and Super Nachos which are nachos with everything, meat. beans, tomatoes, nacho cheese, sour cream. You can mix ingredients or add them for a small fee, there's also both indoor and outdoor dining areas or, if you have a car, they'll bring your order out to you. I live close by and have taken friends there for celebrating special occasions, but they end up being long time customers. Sadly, I'll be moving, across the country to Pennsylvania at the beginning of next year, but I'll be sure to get a burger one last time. It's located in a great spot to hang out while being able to check out different things while enoying your beverage. Mind you they are not a cheap smoothie. The quality however, is top tier. Their housemade cashew milk is off the charts good.*Favorites*-Health Nut Smoothie (I order this 99.9% of the time. Cashew milk, dates, peanut butter, agave, & vanilla protien. I usually swap for no agave & almond butter personally for a lower calorie drink)-Pink Famingo (This dragonfruit, coconut water, pineapple, & strawberry w/ agave. SO good! One of the best dragonfruit drinks I have ever had thus far)-PB Mocha Smoothie (Sounds exactly as it is. Peanut butter, cocoa nibs, cold brew, banana, & vanilla protien w/ agave. -Acai Superfood Bowl (Its unsweetened and packed w/ so much nutrients. I'm not even going to try and list it all.-Toxin Flush Fresh juice (I'm not a fan of certain green drink tastes. The bitterness can be difficult for me to get through. This is light & really helps aid over all wellness)Keep in mind you can customize anything here from the juices, smoothies, & bowls. They have wellness shots & bottles juices to snag for the next time or stock up on. Their refreshers are amazing too! Usually there is a deal of adding those onto an order for cheap as an extra pro tip.“

“I have gone to many lemonade places, and I just got to say that wow wow lemonade is the best one I've been to so far. The service and atmosphere really friendly, plus the delicious lemonade and acai bowls. I personally recommend the butterfly mojito if you like more of a sour tart flavor and the lava flow for a sweeter savory taste.“

“I hate the taste of protein shakes, but after the gym I wanted something quick and easy so I looked up nearby smoothie places. I'm so glad this place came up. The staff were kind and knowledgeable and the menu is insane! I played it safe and went with chocolate and it was AMAZING. Legit tasted like a chocolate shake. I can't wait to go back and try more flavors. A little pricey, but I did get over 40 grams of protein in one drink.“

“I've been having a really rough day at work today and, last week I saw a coworker with one of these smoothies so I remembered it and decided to come over and try it. The waitress was very kind and professional and they were able to get me my drink very quickly, less than 5 minutes! It was a Very small area with a few stools to sit at and a small counter. Not much to the interior. I ordered a large "Bananarama" And it was very tasty! The banana and berry flavors mixed perfectly together and made for a delicious smoothie! No complaints here, this was a very tasty treat and definitely lightened up my day a bit! Check them out! You won't be disappointed!“

“Craving boba while visiting Reno I randomly Googled and lucked out on finding this charming place with amazing drinks. My niece ordered the "awakening", and with the suggestion of the staff, ( I told her I am not a fan of too much sugar) I ordered red bean in coconut milk with mango jelly. It was perfect and refreshing on a hot summer day. Love the mango jelly!“

“We ordered the Mango Sweet Rice, Thai Tea Milk Tea, and Hokkaido Mill Tea.Very authentic drinks using real tea. Great drink flavors. The coconut mango flavor combo for the Mango Sweet Rice was refreshing. It is on the sweeter side, but you can always change the sweetness. The milk teas were both very fragrant.“

“The place is bright and clean! It feels brand new and seems like they take great care after making anything to keep things wiped down and organized. There are tons of freezers filled with ice creams and maybe syrups, popsicle bars, and more! I assume the older lady working was maybe an owner, along with a younger man. This was my first experience with these types of drinks despite being a native Nevadan, which has such a large Latino and Hispanic population. So, I had to ask the difference between their offerings. Eventually, I asked the young man what he recommended for a first-timer. So he gave me the Chamango - mango ice cream, chemoya, candied tamarind and Tajin seasoning. Next, we discussed the tosti's. I wanted the one that had clamato, which was the tosti loco, supposedly pork rinds and cabbage. But then asked if the ceviche one has clamato too, and he said no, so I said, "Okay, I'll do the loco still (because I wanted the Clamato)." But I ended up getting the ceviche which I don't even care about because i didnt communicate it clearly lol,. I was just trying to try new to me things. The shrimp were fresh, the cucumber and tomato refreshing, and the tortilla chips were almost like round doritos, but as hwabily seasoned! Basically, it's a win in my book. Lastly, with it being summer, I've been on a corn kick (tell me if you know the movie quote "GET THAT CORN OUTTA MY FACE!), so I had to get the elote. The sweet older lady brought it to my table and said "2 for 1", which was so nice to offer me. I felt bad all i could do was say thank you. Overall, they made me feel welcome as a yt girl lol, and were so friendly. I can't wait to support them more with some smoothies and their delicious looking fruit bowls! Do yourself a favor and get some summertime refreshments on a hot day!“

“I'm really big on smoothies and this has been my favorite spot to pick them up when I don't want to make them. The fresh cashewmilk is what sets them apart to me. If you enjoy nut milks, theirs is quality and no junk added. I do enjoy other smoothie spots but none of them have compared to here personally. The pb health nut smoothie is one of my major food obsessions. I get them at least weekly. Not entirely sure if this company spreads past the west coast. I found them initially in Reno and there are a couple in Southern California too.The staff at this location and the one in Spanish Springs is always really nice. They have have an app for easy ordering and pick up that includes your 1st smoothie free.“

“I literally have never had a bad experience here. When I go out the staff is wonderful and when I order in the quality never changes from excellent. Food there is also amazing. My Fiancé lives on the garlic chicken and fries. Will always come in when I'm in the area!“

“I love The Roost!! So does my dog, she always gets lots of love and treats when we visit this spot. I love their cold brew or chocolate cream cold brew when it's hot out; they also make a delicious dirty chai. I always appreciate the decorations for all of the different times of year. There's usually a line but that's how you know it's good!“
