The food was as expected. Service at the walk-up counter was a big problem. This location had one employee trying to cover the drive up orders and the food counter at the same time as well as pull all of the orders. Too much work for one person. If you were at the counter and wanted to place an order, you had to loudly ask for someone to please assist you. This is connected to the Sinclair gas station and Gold Ranch casino off the highway. Its a great pit stop that I always stop by at one of the three. Needed something quick and easy this time so we went to Jack and dined in. Usually we do drive thru. This location is clearly a franchise hanging by a thread. Was passing through heading up to Reno, Nevada to check in @ the Nugget Hotel. It was snowing going through and heading back home.Vegetarian options: I love their Southwestern Salad very tasty a d fulfilling for me especially if you get either a grilled or crispy chicken for the salad.
