“While staying in the Reno area for the last month, I've visited 3 of the stores in my vicinity,North. This store would have to be my go to location. I usually get my breakfast fix, and the food is fresh and the iced coffee is spot on for flavor and color.
Took a star off ,just because the weekend counter woman seems so unhappy and to provide friendly service.“

“Their commercial on the radio says, “How fast”, “fast, really fast”...... I order, pay (about 25 seconds into the process about now). Then I bend down to grab a bag of chips and stand up to a ready sandwich in my face. Thought the commercial was a clever advertising ploy, but they are truly fast, really fast. Sandwich was good too.“

“On Silverado Blvd. in Reno, Carl's offers amazing burgers and a Santa Fe chicken sandwich that's unbeatable AND they put in on sourdough bread for us. We travel all the way from Reno's North Valleys to pick up their food. Really, really wish they would put one out here as our population has skyrocketed! Carl's prices are fair and a great value for what they offer! 👍💯😋“

“I originally called in to the call center and was THANKFULLY transferred to the store where Aaron and manager Stacey TOOK EXCELLENT CARE OF ME ❤️ They both went above and beyond to help me straighten out my issue and sent my delivery right out! They have my business for life ❤️ They did not have to stay on the phone with me explaining everything to me, rebooting their computer to accommodate my hungry self but they did and I am very appreciative!“

“I always get the best customer service every time I come in to get some doughnuts. I usually get 3 dozen donuts for me and for the Big O Tires team members, and we want to express our gratitude of thanks for giving us the fresh, bestest doughnuts. We devour those doughnuts in minutes, lol. So, coming from us, we recommend anyone and everyone to get some fresh doughnuts from this place. Thanks again!“
